Overall not bad but some of the things in the room seem outdated, for instance, hotel can invest in more newer plugs such as USB or type C ports for easier phone and other electronics charging.

It's a great location in the heart of the city. Breakfast is decent. It's close to the city center, so outside restaurants are convenient. The facilities aren't particularly new, but they're clean. The rooms are very spacious.

This hotel has a great location. Near to many eateries and shops. It is also walking distance to many place of interest. Very near to the dinner cruise place. Breakfast was great. Will stay here again.

Large clean and very centrally located. We had a two bedroom 2 bath located on the 4th floor. It was quiet. A 3 min walk from a few major train lines and bus stops. Lots of restaurants and shops near by.

Prime, central location with convenient access to key sites and public transportation. The apartment was clean and generously sized. We especially value having a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals on our own. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Hotel room is clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful! Location is really good since it’s walking distance to St. Stephen Basilica, fashion street, vorosmarty, and all the train/tram/bus stops. Area has a lot of shops and restaurants that are open late which is very convenient since a lot of commercial places are close at 8pm.

Great place at the heart of Budapest. Close to every needed place - metro, restaurants, public points. The apartments are great and clean, very big and well equipped. The smell in the corridors it's terrible. The service is good and they could help you with almost all requests. I would recommend anyone to stay here. When will come back we will probably get here again

Judging from the photos, I thought it was a very old hotel, but upon arrival, I found that the kitchen and rooms had actually been renovated. The bathroom seemed to have only been partially renovated, but I was very satisfied with the facilities and room size. The only downside was that it was a bit far, but taking taxis the whole time was manageable, considering that prices in Hungary are not high

I really enjoyed this hotel. I chose the room with a little kitchenette, but a daily buffet breakfast was also available. There’s also an Aldi’s ( supermarket) next door, which was a nice surprise. It was okay, but some details weren't great. The elevator was also a bit slow at times. At least there was heating, but no slippers. The check-out time was quite early too.

I was very surprised when I came in the door there is a very very small if you could call it a Lobby I was greeted by a very nice young man who helped me with the check-in process and told me about the hotel. Stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed the place a lot. The host was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Public transport is close by, which makes traveling the city very easy. I can imagine that if you stay there for more that a few days this place can feel like home pretty quickly.

This place was incredible. For a very reasonable price, you get a great-sized apartment, with a modern design, and everything was clean. We really enjoyed staying there. I stayed in July. The room was clean and very comfortable. The weather was hot but the air conditioning in the room worked well and kept me cool. I stayed here for a week combining a conference with tourism. This venue is well situated on the lower levels of Buda. You can climb the stairs to central Buda or walk or metro or bus to Pest. It was convenient to have two rooms and kitchen and washing facilities even if I did not need to use most. Good breakfast buffet.

Staff was very friendly, place was clean, if you don’t mind the walk most of the tourist attractions were close enough to walk to and if not buses and trams were close to the apartment. Three times Michelin guide, food is rich is flavour for me but was slightly too salty for my family. I personally enjoyed the food a lot and was really satisfied with what I had. There are a few Michelin guide restaurants around and are all under the same group. This one is abit further from the fisherman’s bastion, so the odds of it having space is the highest.

Charm hotel was a great base to explore the wonders of Budapest. Public transit options are nearby and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars nearby to explore. Being close to the river was a plus and the ability to easily travel to all of the Budapest places of interest made this a great location to stay for a few days.
