While not the most conveniently located, the room was spacious and comfortable. I'd recommend it for families.

Judging from the photos, I thought it was a very old hotel, but upon arrival, I found that the kitchen and rooms had actually been renovated. The bathroom seemed to have only been partially renovated, but I was very satisfied with the facilities and room size. The only downside was that it was a bit far, but taking taxis the whole time was manageable, considering that prices in Hungary are not high

I really enjoyed this hotel. I chose the room with a little kitchenette, but a daily buffet breakfast was also available. There’s also an Aldi’s ( supermarket) next door, which was a nice surprise. One of my favorite hotels during the whole trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the E200 bus station. The front desk staff is friendly ❤️ The room is super big, with a coffee machine and a safe. The toiletries are great and I took the rest away. The reserved twin bed turned out to be a king-size bed. The staff quickly helped to separate it.

Charm hotel was a great base to explore the wonders of Budapest. Public transit options are nearby and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars nearby to explore. Being close to the river was a plus and the ability to easily travel to all of the Budapest places of interest made this a great location to stay for a few days.

Staff were friendly, both at the reception desk and in the breakfast area. Breakfast was tasty with sufficient variety. Located off of Fovam Square, so it's close to attractions, public transport and markets. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Room was a challenge with big suitcases, but great for a longer stay over one or two nights if you have smaller suitcases.

We ( humans and dogs) were made to feel very welcome. Rooms are spacious with lovely soft carpets. The location for exploring Buda is fantastic. Breakfast superb. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Great location, and the facilities are pretty good.

It was okay, but some details weren't great. The elevator was also a bit slow at times. At least there was heating, but no slippers. The check-out time was quite early too.

I was very surprised when I came in the door there is a very very small if you could call it a Lobby I was greeted by a very nice young man who helped me with the check-in process and told me about the hotel. The toilet facilities are incomplete, there is no toothpaste and shampoo. But the place is very comfortable and beautiful. highly recommended to visit. The view is very pleasing to the eye when you open the bedroom window.

Stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed the place a lot. The host was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Public transport is close by, which makes traveling the city very easy. I can imagine that if you stay there for more that a few days this place can feel like home pretty quickly.

This place was incredible. For a very reasonable price, you get a great-sized apartment, with a modern design, and everything was clean. We really enjoyed staying there. The perfect place to sleep. Although the hotel is located on the main street, the room is quiet even with the window open. The room has everything you need. It is only 50 meters from the bus stop to and from the airport.

It was great experience at K9 residence. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. They accommodated all our needs. They stored our luggage in luggage room and they offered to take parking tickets for us while we were in town because our room and parking were already expired. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Pest. From the outside the hotel doesn't look like anything special but the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. 24hour reception staff were fantastic and very helpful. For the price, I don't imagine you could get better.

A basic, clean hotel with an excellent location. There's plenty to do, eat, shop just as you step out the hotel door. It's right in the center. The rooms are basic, extremely non fancy. The beds are just okay - not very comfortable. But if you're just looking for a reasonable place to crash at within a budget, with a kitchenette, this is a great place.

I liked everything very much! The location is gorgeous, ideal that you can't make noise - it was quiet and calm, which is not the case everywhere. There are dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator, a table, a sofa, a bed. There is only one minus - they asked for a deposit of 100 euros. Somehow I have not seen such information anywhere. I stayed in July. The room was clean and very comfortable. The weather was hot but the air conditioning in the room worked well and kept me cool. It is conveniently located right near the cathedral and within walking distance from the airport bus stop. The staffs always greeted me with a smile and were very friendly and helpful. If I go to Budapest again, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel is looking on the older side, but I felt it added to the historical experience. The parking lot is smaller, so it wouldn’t fit all the cars if all the rooms were booked, but the hosts were kind enough to switch the cars around so we could park. The property was very conveniently situated on the bus route and was close enough to the town center to walk. The staff, specifically Julia was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. The breakfast was outstanding and we were a three minute walk to the bus stop which took us directly to the train station.
