Ridiculous and completely unacceptable! At 8:00 AM, someone opened our room door without knocking or permission. When we complained, the front desk casually claimed it was housekeeping. Are you serious? Who starts housekeeping at 8:00 AM — and without even confirming if the room is occupied? This is not just unprofessional, it is a serious safety and security concern. Guests should never feel unsafe...

The location is convenient, very close to the subway and bus stops. You can take the 100E bus from the airport directly to the hotel, but for the return trip to the airport, you'll need to go one stop forward or backward to catch the 100E. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety and is delicious. It's definitely worth recommending a stay here.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. I'd recommend staying closer to the city center if you're here for tourism. This area is a little out of the way.

Very nice hotel right at the Danube river. If you're lucky, you can get a aroom with a view across to river to the parliament building. The location is great, close to the tram, restaurants, bars. The studio was clean and well equipped, and it also has a balcony. The mattress was uncomfortable for my back and others guests next to us were slamming the door multiple times during the day and we shouting and making a lot of noise until 3am which made rest a bit difficult for almost the whole time, but this is out of control of the management

This hotel has a gym, and I was the only one there when I went early in the morning. It was great. The Danube River is right outside the door, so you get amazing views, and you can take a walk along the river after dinner.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. My only moan is the gluten free options at breakfast. Bread is provided but there is no gf cereal, or other pastry goods. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never been disappointed. Great location with plenty of food options, coffee shops & supermarket nearby. Nice to have a room with coffee/tea making facilities and fridge. About the only thing I would change is the addition of an in-room safe. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Overall a very good hotel, we didn’t experience the breakfast as bakery’s (Artizán) are nearby. But the location is spot on. Penny’s (Local store) just around the corner, tram on the next street and approximately 20 min walk or so to arrive at parliament building. We had an excellent 2 nights family trip. The food was delicious, the wellness is perfect for families with small kids and it is open even after dinner. There are excellent programs like renessaince dinner, bowling competition, movie or wild animals show.
