I really liked staying at this hotel. I stayed on the 4th floor to get the larger room. The other reviews are correct, the slant ceiling is no joke. This is not a room for tall people. The location is good as it is a drop off and pick up point for Fly Bus. The rooms is clean. Self check-in and if any problem have to use the phone at the lobby to call the customer service. The breakfast spread is limited.

The rate of experience definitely is dar better than the pat review. Expensive, like everything in Reykjavik. There was a qr code to get free breakfast at neighbor hotel, but you do have to pay for it in reservation (kind of misleading). Our room was amazing. Location you can't beat. Needed soap and you have to get it yourself, but they didn't have any. We eventually got soap.

We were given a lovely warm welcome and the staff were amazing throughout our stay. Nice sized room with everything you need and really comfortable bed. A bit of noise from the street outside but the hotel provides you with earplugs and a sleep mask which was a nice touch.

Great spot, central to alot of amazing places in Reykjavik. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Perfect spot for walking and exploring the city. Morning breakfast was full of yummy options, and easy on the wallet. Allowing the ability to splurge guilt free on other Iclandic goodies (try the shark) Great happy hour prices as well!! Really good location, near the city centre area and the service is awesome. Super friendly service staff and bar tender. Hotel looks great and the rooms are clean. Great experience. We had a problem with the code door when we arrived and someone was quick to respond and help! It turns out we didn’t check our email the day of and they upgraded our room for free. We stayed at Hotel Heidmork for 3 nights and didn't faced any issues. The hotel is managed by a couple and is located few kms away from Reykjavik downtown but location is perfect when you are travelling Golden Circle and south coast. Would really recommend this amazing place.

We were looking for a cheaper option in the city. The hotel was adequate, but with the limited rooms there was no staff to support. Door “keys” are punch codes, which were not responsive, it took many attempts with the codes to get into our room each time. Easy drive to downtown tourist area.

It was like a DIY motel with no one on duty most of the day. You had to have a code to enter. I called ahead about early check in and was told it would depend on availability. However when we got there, no one was there and we couldn't use our code at the entrance until exactly 3:00. The breakfast was great.

Stayed for 1 night as a family of 4 in the Krafla Dome. Lovely experience, nice and cosy and well equipped. Hot tub needed topped up with water and 2 men came within 5-10 minutes after I phoned and topped it up. Would definitely recommend a stay here, it was a nice way to end our busy 4 days exploring this beautiful country.

This is a good boutique hotel with rooms that give a quality feel. Excellent shower and balcony that added to my stay after enjoying my adventures in Iceland, I knew I would come back to a warm and clean room. The Breakfast was a great way to start your day. I was looking for an affordable hotel in Iceland, where prices are high, and I ended up here. The room was so small that I had to sleep on the bed, but the bed and linens were comfortable enough to help me relax and recover from my fatigue.

Nice hotel off the city center but walkable. Room comfortable enough for 4 people. It was like a duplex with 4 comfortable twin beds. Bathroom kind of small.
