Booked for a short stay with my son.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, answering questions knowledgeably, around where to eat, directions, activities, ordering a taxi and using public transport.
Hotel and room were very clean and in order. For the price it was very good value, and met our requirements. Nothing flashy, but good daylight and everything worked. Room was warm and cosy.
Personally I wasn’t a fan of the coffee in the room. Would have preferred actual milk sachet’s rather than powder, and more than two sachet’s of coffee (but that’s a personal thing as like a strong cuppa).
The breakfast, for a 3 start hotel and the room price, was quite good. Small selection, but varied. The coffee cups could do with being bigger, although I noticed coffees in Iceland are smaller than the UK!
The only negative was that there is a bar just round the corner, which was very lively, with a party in full flow through till the early hours of the morning. The windows are not thick enough to keep the sound out properly. Thankfully I was knackered each night, so it wasn’t a massive issue and my son has ear plugs anyway.
The location is absolutely spot on. Right in a main shopping street, within walking distance (15 minutes) of the main BSI Bus Terminal, 30 minutes-ish from the Perlan, 5 minutes to the cathedral, and shops and food places all around.
Most importantly, would stay here again.

The hotel is centrally positioned. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. My plans changed and staff were very understanding.

The location was great! All the bus stops are nearby, and there's a supermarket close by too. Highly recommend it.

The hotel's hygiene was appalling. As soon as I entered the room, I found the bedsheets covered in dust, and the pillowcases were full of hair. When I pulled back the duvet, I even saw strands of hair. I asked the front desk to change the sheets, but their attitude was extremely perfunctory.
The next day, my experience at the hotel got even worse. Just as I was about to put on the slippers, I noticed a footprint on them. But when I told the front desk, they actually claimed it was my fault! I was furious and helpless. It was clearly a sneaker footprint, and I was wearing hiking boots. After I explained, the hotel merely offered a quick 'sorry' and added, 'Our cleaning staff are very professional; maybe you just stepped on it yourself.' Is a hotel with such terrible hygiene and poor service really worth it? Anyway, I've completely lost faith in this hotel and this brand. I will never choose to stay at their properties again.

The hotel is located in the center heart, just next to the rainbow road and surrounded by bars and restaurants.
10-minute walk to the nearest by supermarket, Bonus and very near to the Airport transfer bus stop number 14 and tourist bus stop number 6.
Breakfast is offered to all hotel guests. Just one reminder there are a few steps before you reach the lift of the hotel and the reception is on the second floor.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was pretty decent and front desk was really helpful. Only problem was the half flight of stairs before you could get to the elevator.. otherwise everything was ok

Friendly staff. Very small rooms. Simple breakfast. Amazing Central location in thr middle of everything. Next to many bus stops for tour pickups.

When the food is ready, the chef yells at you like your parents would, if you had done something that was definitly not right! ? But the food is delicious, best noodles i've had in a long time. Everything is fresh and made from scratch!

Super delicious noodle house with noodle soups with different bases. Very easy to get vegetarian options of all their dishes and they have a good range of spiciness to choose from. Went back twice, it was so good! Prices are decent for Reykjavik and the quantity was very generous.

My friends and I touring Iceland came here on a Sat night around 9pm. It was still early enough where they had an acoustic guitarist singing cover songs. It wasn't that busy and had available seating at the time. It was nice and chill and we got to sing along too! However sometime later they started taking away the tables and chairs and more and more and MORE people started pouring in! Young crowd too. We got super lucky bc a group of people left their booth table which ended up being right by the DJ. At this point the it was a packed club (which I didn't expect at all lol). As with any packed club, it was very hard to get drinks and to move anywhere in the bar, and there was a long line for the bathroom to which my friends also added that 2 chicks got in a fight (sounds kinda interesting actually). They played American Music the rest of the night and even with the negative aspects of busy clubs, I still had a grand time, but of course alcohol helps lol.

Top quality sound system, my wife and I heard the music (and revellers) extremely clearly in my hotel over 50 metres away and all night long to boot! The set was top notch with good flow and a good selection of various upbeat music, the sound system made it so clear I could "shazam" over 80% of the DJ's set!

Don't even think of going there. The worst club I have ever been to. 200 people cramped in a place where it can hold maximum 50 People spilling beer all over the place, drunk fightings, I can go on and on.

F**ing disgusting. We were sitting next to the pizza maker. The heaters where behind us. The waiter then dropped our childrens pizza right in front of us, told us that they would make another one. The waiter put the pizza RIGHT ON THE HEATER BEHIND US. Then a few moments later he brought it back to us. Claiming it was a new one.
