This hotel provides very poor service, they don't even have space for car parking, their charges are very high according to the category in which this hotel is, the food is also not good. Overall don't waste your money and time for this cheap hotel.

Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. Originally booked for 4 days but we left after one day and moved to another hotel. Rooms were dusty and dirty with ceilings being black. The excuse they gave, there’s work being done. Hotel shouldn’t be open in the state it was in. Rooms are compact and tiny. Won’t be using them again

We had a booking through MakeMyTrip already, but still after reaching at their reception and that even in the evening around 8 PM, they made us wait for more than half an hour. Also even after spending ₹4000 for one night, still, they are even not capable of providing one complimentary water bottle :) Also, there was no fan in the room.

Unacceptable Experience - Washroom Access Denied Under Indian Sarais Act, 1867

I had a distressing experience at this Sarai, made worse by the receptionist's refusal to let me use the washroom despite my urgent need. The Indian Sarais Act, 1867, mandates provision of basic amenities, including sanitation facilities, to travellers. The denial of access was not only unhelpful but also a possible contravention of the Act. The lack of empathy and understanding in such a situation was appalling. Would strongly advise against staying here.

Location very crowded, difficult to find hotel , not easy to get transportation, very small lift , room size also small , instead of extra bed , they provided sofa cum bed , and check out time 10 clk so difficult and they will not

Location is good. Compare to the photos given the rooms are far small. Rooms are not ventilated properly.

Clean rooms,staff was good. Locality is bit busy because of the market. If you want clean room near CST or Churchgate this is good place

No hotel parking, charged for even 1 bottle of water, dust like smell from ac, washroom was also not as clean as expected. No thanks

One of the oldest restaurant in the area and also their service is very fast.
Regarding the taste the place gives the authentic, real flavors in every dish they serve.

Good place to have traditional marathi veg food. Clean and serves good quality food. However, food here is very spicy (has more chilly).

Saturday 21st We Visited this Place. The only reason this is hyped because there is no seat-in restaurant which is serves quick bite in entire km radius.
This place would have been part of any legacy or may run on goodwill but that legacy or goodwill now has become ego of the employees work there.
They cant even smile. No Smile when they take orders, no smile when the place on table.
Food is fair enough. No wow factor at all. People who know what is Maharashtrian food will know this from heart.
The incident which amazed me is there are frustrated vintage employees who treat customers as headache & overwork. surprisingly there was a queue & they were not even allowing people to go inside who already has a family seating inside the hotel & table is taken already.
They treated a lady very badly requesting to go inside because her family is seating inside, She came from office directly & wish to join them. Frustrated Old Sir handling the queue started shouting on Customer. Surprise..!!
It's as if they serving free food inside & people need to listen to what they want to dictate as Rule.
My personal experience over entire ambiance & food was very disappointing & incident mentioned above has really proved how degraded the place can be.
