Not worth for the premium amount they charge for their basic rooms. Location is the only advantage you get here.

Washroom in the Deluxe Room category are extremely small. Hats off to the engineers who built that for humans. Had to get my room changed. Room service is extremely slow. It's a monumental task for the simplest request such as getting a day's complementary water bottles. TV was just a showpiece there. I do not recommend the hotel for those who are on a vacation to Mumbai. It's suitable only for 1 night stay to catch your train next day from CSMT railway station.

A special thank you goes out to all the staff members who made my visit so memorable. I would especially like to mention Shamin, the waiter, who provided outstanding service throughout our meals, and Wanda at reception—her lovely smile and welcoming voice truly brightened each day. Honestly, if it weren’t for our planned trip, I would have happily extended my stay! Just for her hehe From breakfast through dinner, every meal was delicious and catered perfectly to our preferences. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was always comfortable and clean. Thank you once again for making us feel so welcome. Very unhygienic place, costly also not worth . Lot of parking problems. Cockroachs in room. Too slow service. Reception people not cooperative.At night they switch off the AC , can't sleep properly. Cars after somehow parking were spilled with pan. Bad service.

Worst and most unhygienic hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are extremely small and poorly maintained. They are charging tariffs similar to 4-star hotels, but this place is nothing more than a lodge. Definitely not recommended for families.

#Unpleasant Hotel Stay

Room Not Ready: Despite the standard check-in time being 2 PM, my room was not prepared upon arrival.

Lack of Basic Amenities: The room had only one bath towel for three guests, and the complimentary water bottle was missing. I had to request even the most basic necessities.

Renovation Disturbance: Continuous noise from renovation work persisted until 6 PM. When I raised this with the reception, they claimed the noise was from external municipal work (BMC). The hotel staff provided no support.

Breakfast Issues: There were no live vegetarian options, making it an unsatisfactory dining experience.

I appreciate the prompt support from the MakeMyTrip team in addressing these issues. However, I strongly urge you to take action on this. Hotel needs to highlight those thing before booking. finally customer sufferes..

A quality food to eat with a home made taste. Specially stuffed puris and their varieties is finger licking. Price is very reasonable and good for 1 person. Even a less hungry person can take a share with the hungry person and it will not be less for both

Wow. Such a nice place, couldn't imagine such pocket friendly place to be right in front of CST. Per person less than 100 bucks? Yeah, it's true.
