Welcomed by manager Girish and staff. Very friendly, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Allowed extra time at Hotel with use of room and time to freshen up for late departure. Breakfast was good. Would recommend to family and friends. Will definitely book when back in Mumbai. Thank you Girish for a pleasant stay.

Service is very bad,they don't allow local if someone go with there friend/partner they need to allow local people because of this we don't stay in this hotel they need to change this,we stay there only for 1.5-2 hours.

The hotel is cleaned. Services limited, breakfast at next hôtel and very limited. The room are ok, old style , dark, , need to be repaint.

The hotel was good however - staff was asking money every now and then. I had to pay extra money on top of hotel room price unnecessarily - there was no parking available. I had to park my car in public paid parking overnight which is not safe at all

Good location. The room is spacious, everything you need is there (tea and coffee set, refrigerator, hairdryer, bottled water, safe). Breakfasts in the neighboring hotel - buffet with Indian cuisine (omelette, fried eggs to order), tea, coffee, fruit. If there are no special requirements, then for a couple of nights it is a good option

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are large. Staff is very good. Hotel Manager Mr Rajesh and Mr Girish Rane, Mr Singh @ reception are excellent people, very co operative and understanding. Every greet is returned with a smile. Breakfast is at next door hotel, which is awesome. Highly recommended please.

Hotel reception was bad attitude and they are not friendly  when you spoke with them. They tell you to wait for ages more than half an hour waiting for no reason they don’t give Wi-Fi until you ask. I had to go out to the room and I come back for Wi-Fi and again I have to wait for half an hour to get the Wi-Fi code room was very very very small and was dirty enough but anyway that’s when you get this type of photos my review it is zero for this hotel and they had bigger room, but they choose to give me the smallest one because I come through trip.com

A rooftop restaurant with a fantastic view but a little off route, as the entrance is inside a lane and easy to miss. The white metal chairs and tables give a classy old school feel to this place but they are rather uncomfortable. The menu has nothing out of the ordinary and the food is over-priced. We had Chicken Tangdi Kabab, Chicken Kohlapuri and also tried out Chicken Hakka Noodles to round up the available cuisines. The kabab was pretty nice, a tad too charred and the kohlapuri was tasty. The noodle was seriously disappointing. The portions were really small given the hefty price tag. Service is ok.

Good as always. No definition for the quality of food needed. But the seating places is too small, keeping in mind the city Mumbai not a bad place to devour on some hot pizzas.
