I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and beautifully maintained the property was.

The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with every comfort I could ask for — cozy bedding, great Wi-Fi, and a stunning view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and organized.

The restaurant served delicious food with plenty of options for every palate, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and valued. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and hassle-free stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Wish I went another hotel
Not worth what you pay, staff open door for you and expect a tip, I gave plenty of tips and I was getting in my taxi to leave and the cleaner guy asked me for a tip, sheets on need were torn, ok for a one night stay but not any more than that

Rooms are not ventilated. there is no window at all.
how can someone sit in room for a day???
we have booked superior room but it's not upto mark.

Please book this hotel only if you have no other options. The front office staff is rude and indifferent to guests. There was ongoing renovation work, and the front office was covered in dust. Upon arrival, I had to wait 15–20 minutes as no one was at the reception.

The room was good, but due to the renovation and pest control, there was a strong smell, making it impossible to sleep the entire night. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, with very limited options and serious hygiene issues. I also ordered mutton biryani but was served lamb biryani instead.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

No parking for car i parked my car as per wachmens instructions in the morning i saw my whole car had scratches and i complained them they said area is like this only we cant do anything worst experience

Room is not clean unless i switch on some green button. I have never seen this in any hotel. I came back by 6 pm and my room was dirty. Their reply is i did not ask to clean. Secondly i ask in restaurant whether they use separate vessels for veg and non-veg food the reply i got was "sir, if you want pure veg food, please go to pure veg restaurant"
