They trick you to cancel your booking from MMT or any other bookings service online on a pretext for better room and services which they do not and also charge you higher price. Do not fall into there prey. There is no Parking available for owned cars. Road is very congested. Rooms and not clean as described.

I had a very pleasant stay at Pushpak International, Kolkata. The location is perfect — close to Park Street, restaurants, and major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout my stay. The food was also very good, fresh, and reasonably priced. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and value for money in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

This is a number one bad hotel, the staff here does not have any knowledge of local and non-local ID, the quality of the room is also very bad, it is not as shown in the photo, we had booked the hotel but they do not have any knowledge of ID, on top of that if the customer wants to cancel then it is not cancelled, I had booked a room for Rs. 5000, I do not know which one is bad, they gave me a broken room, the website is also number one bad, even if you want to cancel it, it is not cancelled, you do not even get your money back
At least you should improve your service, if the customer does not like the room and wants to cancel it, he should get half the money back.
Now we don't know whether all the rooms in the hotel are the same or we were given a similar dirty room.👎👎👎

I am from Bangladesh, this hotel is located in the heart of city
There is hostel facility and rooms and very reasonable price, I had stayed here for 4 days their service is very good neat and clean environment friendly staff.

Bed bug is free with cheaper room rent. U hav to ask for even toilet paper. The will keep the AC remote until u asked for it. The authority try to save the money from everthing and once u are checked in there nothing is free. The room rent seems higher compared to the room quality. Also they dont make up ur room if u don't ask. But the frontdesk people are friendly.

Good Place for tourist. Especially to whom, who travel alone. I am giving this review based on their Dormitory Service. Because of they have dormitory service. This is really appreciable. The dormitory has 24 (12*2 - Upper and lower) Bed in a hall room with 4 toilets and 3 room separately for the bath. In winter I get hot water. 24 hours drinking water. Good Air condition support. Every people have secure drawer service. High-Speed WiFi connectivity. All are in 500 rupees.
Why I am Giving 3 star?? Because of several things.
1. They Allow alcohol in common dormitory. Everyone maybe not alcoholic there. So it should be prohibited.
2. They didn't provide any towel. its common all over the world, every gust get an individual towel.
3. Blankets are dirty. nobody uses their provided blanket but if it clean regularly it will be better.
4. Most of the drawer lock was not working.
5. Most of the time their behavior is good but one people I found in reception who was not co-operating properly.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Rooms are very small, even didn't have any place to keep luggages. Washroom is very old and dirty. Bed is old, uncomfortable, and small. There were not enough pillows for 2 person. AC could not be controlled. They called it super deluxe room with a high charge!

A little pricey for a dorm, but i like that you get curtains around your bed. Good batgrooms and toilets, too.

i felt it's over rated and bit expensive when compared to other hotels in the area. not recommended for back packer or people like.me who don't want to spend extra for same quality food found outside

A sheer paradise for the ones who would like to have some authentic Bangla cuisine. They have a perfect blend of varieties and taste to satisfy your cravings of pure bangla cuisine. A must visit place indeed. A 4 on 5 as the ambience is not that good. But who cares of ambience when you get such lip smacking, finger licking food?

Located right on Mirza Ghalib Street, it serves authentic Bengali cuisines, although the pricing isn’t pocket friendly. Service has been great so far, although there’s room for improvement. Ambience is nice and quality of food is usually good. This outlet has been opened after their initial success in other outlets in the city and they have been doing a good job with traditional food being served in clean and efficient manner.

One of the best oriental buffets I have had. the service outstanding. They bring everything you want to the table. A great selection of Japanese, Chinese and Malaysian cuisine. Very well located on Park Street

A huge variety of food is served here.One cannot have it all at a time (unlimited quantity). But taste has to be improved a lot. Food quality is good but I wont say its mouth wateringly tasty ,other places serve way better food. Price is affordable. Staff is what you can call perfect and suler polite and very helpful. Overall good ,but I wont visit it again because taste lures me more than quantity. Hope this helps.
