I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the check-in process and resulting charges for my reservation (booked via the app).
The issues encountered were as follows:
• Excessive Wait Time
• Reservation Handling
• Billing Discrepancy
• Room cleanliness
• Missing required amenities
These cumulative issues were highly unsatisfactory.

Despite the maintenance and operational challenges outlined previously, I would like to offer positive feedback on two specific aspects of my experience:
• Staff Professionalism: The behavior and courtesy of the hotel staff were commendable and contributed positively to the interaction, even while resolving the issues.
• Hotel Location: The location of the hotel is highly advantageous and proved to be excellent.

it was good , 10 min walking distance from sealdah . beside sealdah court take straight road toll senco gold comes then take a left and its there. The reception and accomodation both was nice and couple friendly . I booked AC everything was working though remote wasnt available .. but best . will revisit

This hotel is located in a really good place , it's ambiance is just awesome & best part is in morning wake up with the temples bells sounds .
I suggest people to stay there because not only place it's located near the sealdah railway station so you can easily travel by walk . I'm also stay there in future whenever I came to visit Calcutta .❤️

The rooms aren't as clean as the price. It could have more clean. But the staffs are very helpful. Its a good experience.
