I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service and care I received here. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Your staff is one of the most professional and polite, and you made our stay comfortable. I wanted it to be perfect, and it didn't disappoint. We are very pleased with the service we received. We love this hotel and would be happy to come back again and again.

The hotel was as luxurious as advertised. The extensive breakfast options, spacious gym, and professional spa service were especially outstanding.
The only disappointment was the excessively long check-in process. (They were trying to do everything digitally, including passport scanning, but the system wasn't working, so we had to wait about 30 minutes).
Also, the soundproofing between rooms above/below and next door isn't as effective as you'd expect from a five-star hotel. One night, around 3 AM, I was woken up by the sound of a family arguing loudly from the room above. It was really disruptive. It's disappointing that customer etiquette isn't maintained in such a luxurious hotel.

Very grand hotel with spacious rooms. Range of restaurants available. Do try restaurants at their sister hotel - the Sonar as well.

I recently stayed at ITC Sonar Bangla, Kolkata with my father, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — warm, respectful, and genuinely caring.

Restaurant serving breakfast and dinner , entertaining all local non resident guests, overcrowded and both days u had to await 30 -40 minutes to get a seat . It’s a complete chaos. Paying $400.00 a night no one will stand 40 minutes to get a seat .
