    Very Bad hotel. They are cheater. They took money for rooms reservation for the month of December 2025 without informing me about non-cancellation. Now they are refusing for refund. I wrote to Director and he was also very rude. I request everyone not to book this Hotel, there are many more good hotels nearby.

    I had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are very clean and staff are very supportive. Breakfast also good and I feel ambience is not upto the level. Overall it is a nice experience.

    The food and the staff was good and highly rated for others to do a visit. Bikash is very well mannered staff and the approach was too good for the dinner one.

    Pride plaza hotel located good area. I will stay this hotel and likes Bengali foods. Yesterday take dinner at cafe treat food was delicious. And the service guy Mr. Bikash was excellent
