I recently stayed for one night at Pride Plaza Hotel Kolkata, and my experience was very pleasant. The hotel offers a comfortable and well-maintained environment, making it a great choice for a short stay. I would especially like to appreciate the receptionist, Shristy Chettri, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout my visit. She handled everything efficiently and ensured a smooth check-in and overall experience. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for comfort and excellent service.

We have been staying at your hotel for the last 6 months. Over the past month, we and several other guests have repeatedly faced issues with Mr. Pankaj’s behavior. He lacks basic courtesy while speaking with customers and often comes across as rude and dismissive. We have also noticed him behaving inappropriately with his colleague, Suman. As long-term guests we expect professional and respectful service at the front desk. Mr. Pankaj’s conduct is negatively affecting the guest experience and the work environment for your staff.

Amazing stay....good connectivity to all places. Clean rooms and washrooms.
Staff behaviour was very polite and the services provided were great.
The food was okayish, not too great for the price they charge. Also we booked a room with complimentary breakfast but during breakfast it was told that complimentary breakfast is not available so had to pay for the same thing again.

They allotted same room to someone else and that person entered my room also. Thankfully nothing awkward happened.

Imagine you are ina hotel, just came out of washroom and another person walks in. These guys don't even have information that same room has another card(key) allotted to someone else.

Staying at LemonTree, New town, Kolkata, was one of the smartest ideas that came to our minds. It's a great place to stay with extremely polite staff (exceptions are always there). The food was up to the mark.

The only issue which could pull this place down is the room service. The beds, sheets, toilets and everything else were amazing, however to get them changed, it takes time here.

Overall, a lovely location to stay and comfortably move around the city. Very neat and sanitized.
