I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Erik, who was extremely helpful and attentive during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and made me feel truly welcomed. I really appreciate his excellent service

Ayuterra is amazing resort. Beautiful views. The pool is nice with delicious breakfast. The staffs are friendly and lovely. The bed and pillows are super comfy and linens are clean. We had an amazing exeperience in Ayuterra and we will come back again.

Overall very disappointing stay. The only positive point is the staff: very friendly. The street leading to the hotel is an unlit small road, leading to an unappealing entrance of the hotel. Not an impressive beginning, with an unattractive reception area. The hotel is around 14 years old as we were informed, it looks 50+ years old. It lacks maintenance, the rooms and bathrooms look dated and not well maintained either. The bedlinen and towels are old (more grey than white), whereas the towels were not clean / stained. Bedbugs were found in one mattress, after having been bitten by them during the 1st night: when complained / requesting to change the mattress, we were advised that this is not possible. Bedlinen was changed only and a spray bottle of insect killer was provided for us to spray at the mattress(!?). The airconditioning system (split units) in the bedrooms are very noisy and keep you awake. The restaurant is very basic and lacks atmosphere (other than the beautiful view). Breakfast choice is limited, quality of the meals served in the restaurant are mediocre. Apparently an accident has taken place a few months ago with the elevator. The elevator has not been repaired yet (pending an investigation for as far as we learned). If you are so unlucky to have a room down the hill, you have take climb quite some stairs to reach your room. The elevator accident has caused some damage to the communal hotel area at the ground floor, which looks pathetic. The communal pool and gym are likewise very disappointing, very basic and deserted. We had a 2-bedroom villa with a small infinity pool overlooking the rice field (nice view) for which we paid € 750 per night. This location however was not worth this money, and should rated with 3 starts iso 5 stars. We will not recommend to stay in this hotel. There are many more nicer and better options for this amount of money.

Exceptional hotel and service.
We stayed in Ayuterra for our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Our room had a private pool which had the most beautiful views. The staff was super polite and friendly and always welcomed and served us with a smile.
The breakfast was also quite tasty.
I would definitely recommend this place and would come back here.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the hotel for you. The views are outstanding and is so quiet that it feels like you are the only guest. The villa is lovely and the staff are very helpful. The vegan options are limited but they are very accommodating and we had delicious breakfast (the fried rice was so nice). It is very close to the center of Ubud, so mobility is easy. They also offer a shuttle service for a charge. We relaxed by the infinity pool day and night and the jacuzzi was lovely. The villa offers anything you need, the staff never bothers you, they let you enjoy your time but are eager to help when you need. I recommend this hotel 100% and can't wait to return.

The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. Our every request was fulfilled! The location of the resort is stunning and the view from the villa is hard to beat, however the property felt a little dated and would benefit from some modernisation and an alternative to the vast amount of steps to climb should be looked into for the comfort of the guests.

Beautiful resort, with a terrific view of the valley and the river below. The rates are competitive with other resorts, and the service is extremely personalized. Staff are terrific - from helping with bags to serving breakfast. The room was large and beautiful - a "living room" type area (with couch and television) that was open-air, along with a private pool that was large and terrific. The bedroom of course is air conditioned with a mosquito net provided for backup. The one thing to keep in mind here is that there is a high likelihood of requiring a fair amount of steps to get to your room. As I said, the staff will help with your bags, but if steps are difficult, this may not be an optimal choice. But overall, a very nice resort with an excellent staff.

Awesome resort in Ubud! We took the jungle view and private pool. Awesome location right near Ubud Market. Excellent Comfort, and the jacuzzi was relaxing. Overall close to luxury experience Special shout out to the staff - They were soo friendly, always greeted us whenever we came at reception. One of the names is Puta, another was Ayu (if I am not mistaken). They made us feel welcome always. Even prepared the breakfast boxes for us while we were going to Mt Batur.
