Good location, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. The room, especially the bathroom has smell. The shared pool doesn’t look clean, although we’ve seen worse.

THE GOOGLE MAPS LOCATION IS WRONG. 5KM SOUTH OF WHERE IS SAYS.
Tha place itself was nice. Friendly staff nice pool. Ac was struggling but the room was huge. Power is not great. Water is hot when you need it. Be could use a topper as I could feel the springs but it was cheap.
If a local gojek didnt stop at 2am when I was very lost there is absolutely zero chance I would of found the place. I told the staff and they said oh yeah.

As soon as we arrived at the villa, there was an unpleasant, musty smell. We didn't feel comfortable. We started unpacking and realized how filthy the villa was: animal excrement in the bedside table drawers, a toilet bowl with excrement and extremely dirty (it hadn't been cleaned at all), ants on the bathroom counter, unwashed towels that smelled awful (we asked for them to be changed, but the problem persisted), dirty bedding with stains on the inside, a mosquito net around the bed with dead animals and stains everywhere, and no soap. We asked for a refund, but the staff hid behind a manager who was on vacation and couldn't answer, telling us to contact *********** because they couldn't offer any solutions. We strongly advise against staying at this unsanitary property, which can ruin a vacation.

This stay was a mixed bag of likes and disappointments. The private pool villa had a fantastic pool, really clean and lovely. It was spacious and a nice big bed, good working fridge to keep drinks cold. However, attention to detail not their strength. Space definitely could be cleaner, soap dispensers were almost empty when arrived, only got towels changed when asked for it so housekeeping seems minimal, breakfast choice which is delivered to room was poor as was quality. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. A few tweeks and this place would be really great.

Great location, very peaceful and quiet, staff were so nice, breakfast was good and the atmosphere was pleasant, cleanliness wasn’t bad, it was missing some basic amenities and the wifi was a bit laggy.

Stay away! Don't believe the pics on their website. Unbelievably dirty, ugly rooms. Nothing works, no hot water, no internet, blood stains on bed, springs coming out of the matrass, the list is endless. Just look at my pics. Airbnb gave me a full refund.

The hotel had a beautiful setting, the grounds are full of trees, plants and stone pathways. The staff was very polite and accommodating. It was a really peaceful and relaxing experience. Great location
