I stayed at this hotel for two days and felt like I was in an oasis of peace, just steps away from the chaotic center of my beloved city. The owner, the esteemed Mr. Donnarumma, along with his children, Francesca and Raffaele, are available for any request, and the entire staff, especially Maria Neve, who is so kind and professional, made our stay relaxing yet emotionally rich. The food, rooms, and pool are excellent. The hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism distinguish this place, which I recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for three days thanks to Smartbox. I have to say the treatment was the best I've ever received. The people who work there are very welcoming and kind, the manager really cares about the guests' happiness; in fact, he genuinely cares about how their vacation is going. We asked a lot of questions at reception, and they always gave us all the information we needed. The food was excellent, with a great selection. More than recommended. If we return to the area, I'll definitely consider their hotel.

From the very start of our 5 day vacation, we got a strong sense that this hotel was going to be very enjoyable and it really was. The hotel was modern, classy, stylish and very clean. It was situated perfectly to explore Castellamare and the greater area. The room was perfect for a relaxing time, good quality fittings and fixtures, the bed was very clean and comfortable and the spacious balcony had a great view of Mt Vesuvius! But the staff were the jewel in the crown, family run hotels offer a superior experience, they have skin in the game! The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and very friendly while the food was top notch for both dinner and breakfast. We even got to meet the hotel owner Francesco, a very respectable, warm, classy individual. A great time was had by my wife and myself, we would definitely recommend this excellent hotel.

My school arrived here two days ago and we just left this morning. The staff was lovely and the rooms were clean. The only downside to the whole experience was the lack of fruit or some kind of yogurt at breakfast.

This place is definitely the best hotel from our whole road trip!!
We thank you for the dj and the music. It was amazing to have a dance evening organized for us.

The staff is worth the stay alone, so helpful, so kind, and caring. From the amazing owner, Francesco, who takes such pride in his work, to the wonderful reception, Umberto in the restaurant is a legend, and Anna cleaned and organized my room everyday to the point I felt so cared for. Food is incredible, buy local wine in town for €3 and enjoy the amazing views from the balcony.

Europa Stabia Hotel 30 mins walk from train station , you can use the hotel shuttle for a charge. Rooms very clean . Extra costs are for as follows : use of fridge, air con, wifi and use of swimming pool . Breakfast very basic cooked eggs and bacon, nice selection of pastries only fresh fruit on offer apples and pears which was disappointing . Train to Naples or sorrento cheap from sorrento took bus to Positano then Ravello well worth a visit . Hotel is a great base for travelling along the almalfi coast .

We were so pleased that we chose to stay at the Europa Stabia Hotel for our recent Italian vacation. Francesco, the owner, said it was his mission to make guests feel at home and to ask if we needed anything. His passion for hospitality is reflected throughout the hotel. The reception team could not have been more charming and helpful. The room was spotless - all credit to the housekeeping team. The restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a "healthy stroll" from the stations and town centre but the shuttle bus or hotel taxi was available at all times and at short notice. Our drivers, who were also members of the hotel team, were brilliant. Yes - one had to pay for the service (as stated on the hotel website) but, for those who have their own transport, it means the cost is not built in to the room price! We chose Castellammare Di Stabia as a base for visits to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Napoli and Sorrento - which worked well. The icing on the cake was our experience of staying at the Europa Stabia Hotel. Thank you once again to Francesco and all.

Biggest scam in the city. Need to pay for everything. Parking, Frindge, Ac, Pool access. Far far away from beach and city center. Theonly way they have this review is because the Director Mr Francesco make you do review for a discount or just to not be annoying for the entire vacation. Avoid this scam

Cannot fault the hotel and staff. The owner and daughter kindly introduced themselves and you can tell they genuinely wanted us to have a good stay. They were full of recommendations and more than happy to share. The room was spotless and the metal blind was a very welcome surprise. The only let down is something they can't control, the locale. The surroundings are spoilt by a massive and derelict hotel and car park. The grounds of Hotel Europa themselves are beautiful and allow quick and easy access to town. The breakfast is delicious, varied and plentiful. The restaurant staff are helpful and polite.
