We spent four nights at Hotel Villa Capri and had a delightful experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and always smiling, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the views were simply spectacular. Breakfast each morning was delicious, featuring a variety of tasty options. Located in a prime spot by the lake, the hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a memorable stay

Paradise in Italy
Everything was lovely. The room was comfortable. The staff was amazing. The housekeeper on the 5th. Floor was, darling. I don’t know her name, but she was adorable and Luca in the bar in the evening was great. The morning staff was also incredible but the gentleman I don’t know his name, but he was short and ha sang and he was so friendly and lovely these were my favorites, but everybody was over the top wonderful! we will be back.

Stunning lake views and a nice pool, but the stay was a letdown—ants everywhere, bad food, noisy rooms, and a steep €324 price tag that’s hard to justify with the poor service and maintenance.

Enjoyed two nights at this lovely hotel. Arrived on its season opening day. Beautifully designed. Stunning view from our balcony. Such friendly staff throughout. Really enjoyed having breakfast and drinks on the terrace right on the lake. Large garden with great pool and lots of loungers. The meals were all good. Walked down to the village lakefront (15 mins) one evening and had a great meal at the Nicholas restaurant (best book). One morning we visited the lovely Botanical Gardens (10 mins) but mainly loved being on the lawn by the lake.

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing, the perfect place to retreat, relax, recoup and enjoy the beauty of the lake, looking for refined, you've found it.

Beautiful property right on the lake. We had a lake view room which was very nice although it could use some updating. The grounds and pool were beautiful. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with many choices and again the ambience was wonderful outside overlooking the lake. The town is a 15-20 minute walk, so it would be tough for seniors. In summary a wonderful property right on the lake. We would come back !

Very nice (somewhat dated) hotel with a huge and beautiful garden direct located at the lake, for a relaxing holiday. Very friendly staff is taking care for the clients. Hotel is centrally located between Gardone Riviera and Bornico which makes it nice and easy to walk in less than 15 minutes, in the evening to the different (excellent) restaurants.
