I recently stayed at Bellerive, in the heart of Salò. The location is excellent: the hotel is right in the historic center of Salò, just steps from boutiques, bars, and cultural attractions. At the same time, it's directly on the lake. The colors of the sunrise and the evening breeze create a magical atmosphere, which sets it apart from hotels in other locations. The hotel is elegant and refined. You can tell it was recently renovated and that the staff takes great care to maintain it. The rooms are meticulously maintained. Another strong point is the cuisine, which is truly top-notch. We would particularly recommend the fish dishes: delicate, balanced, and rich in authentic flavors. The raw fish, in particular, was a revelation—very fresh, beautifully presented, and worthy of the finest restaurants. The kitchen also pays great attention to vegetarian options. In short, we discovered a hotel we will definitely return to.

We decided to upgrade our room (2 nights) for 500 euros and didn't regret it at all – we got a gorgeous, spacious room with a lake view on the 3rd floor, a cool design, a coffee machine, robes (they even provide rubber pool slippers in addition to the regular ones), and a stunning view from the window 👌👌👌
The soundproofing is excellent, cleaning is fast, and we had no complaints about the room.
Breakfast has a huge selection, and everything is delicious.
The staff is friendly.
There's unguarded parking, but you'll be fine with a car.
All restaurants are within walking distance, and the hotel is located on the waterfront.
The hotel has a pool where you can chill, have a glass of wine, and swim.
Overall: an excellent 5-star hotel, highly recommended 🤗🩷

This is a lovely property with wonderful views of Lake Garda and a quiet, upscale environment. The service from all staff was exceptional and the pool area was a welcome amenity in the heat of August. Be sure to take the breakfast option, as the buffet was quite exceptional. Overall, we loved this property and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely hotel. Staff are excellent and facilities fabulous. Nice room. Only one thing could be a little better and that’s the breakfast choice for people with allergies. If you want something like avocado on toast you have to pay extra. There’s some options but not many as you’d expect for 5*. We needed up bringing mainly our own food to breakfast for the dairy allergy.
Just some feedback, thats all. The hotel is excellent

Excellent stay
Stayed here 14 years ago and was looking forward to returning. Since then the hotel has changed owners and undergone a refurbishment and we were very pleased with the result and our stay. Great location, service and excellent breakfasts.

Great location. Great town . Not so touristic and just right. Great rooms. Great bathrooms great view. Very nice staff. Pool area quiet and very pretty. Not busy even in high season we had alot of empty chairs. Breakfast is adequate but not amazing. Positive reception postive hotel. Super location and can walk around to center so very convenient. Lots of good restaurants with great views. Supermarket very near by. If i was to fault anxthing would be dinning area is bit cold and clinical. Corridor leading to our room is through back end of hotel so did not feel like 5 star but frankly everything else made up for it and we would return.

Beautiful hotel, with nice pool area. Nice lake for walking and sunset watching. The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.
