A stay with too many shortcomings - This hotel has potential as the location is fantastic but it is under staffed. the receptionist during the day are really rude and not helpful. We were 3 families and stayed for 3 nights which is a waste of money when this hotel is not even 2 star level.
During our stay, we encountered the following issues:
Cleanliness was poor, with ants found on the bed all day long
-Drinks at the bar were served in plastic cups, yet charged at premium prices
Deckchairs were dirty, without cushions, and some umbrellas were broken.
The bathroom mat was not changed during my stay. shower tray iis chipped, hanger broken and light bulb does not work
Breakfast service was extremely slow, which I understand may be due to staff being overworked as the staff is very nice. food was not filled again when finished . for an italian breakfast it is cheap and definitely not 4 star standard
-ac is on all day as same temperature. one has to call reception for adjustment. this is unacceptable in the middle of the night
- tv not working for whole stay
-kitchens not equipped not even 1 cup or glass and very dirty. it felt we were given these rooms and they had been closed for months The attitude of your receptionists is very poor when we mentioned these shortcomings she tried to find justifications for everything in a very rude way. I asked for the director to contact me and to date nothing. never again

An absolute perfect getaway gem hidden on the mountain side. Excellent food and lovely staff that goes that extra mile to make your stay exceptional.

This place has a lot of potential. In the middle of a beautiful area with birds everywhere. I would have given it 4 stars if the pool had been clean and breakfast was refilled daily. These are relatively easy changes to make and very important to quality of stay, so I wonder why this has not happened.

The room, after a short climb from reception (best done by car), is rustic but fits the setting. The hotel exterior is very beautiful with magnificent views.
The 'double' bed is two single beds pushed together, the shower is very noisy when opening the doors, and the sinks are quite dirty. The view from the room is wonderful.
Breakfast is quite poor in terms of choice and quality. The restaurant is quite good, the service is ok, nothing exceptional. The nearest town or restaurant is a 15-minute drive away.

The hotel is minimum 20mins drive from Noto town. Very quiet place, there are no events, like dance night, or bbq , not even a good atmosphere in the terrace when you have your dinner. The view is nice, it is in the mountains.The rooms are authentic, it’s alright. The swimming pool should be cleaner. However it’s a nice place to relax.

Great staff and resort. Chef Luigi really cooked some great food and the hospitality was fabulous . I would definitely recommend people to stay at this resort and you should dine in at the restraunt for a maximum exquisite experience with a beautiful view😍
