Gorgeous roo, a bit small but great view. Amazing breakfast buffet. Nice evening food and good service. Beautiful pool and grounds. Would definitely go back.

This was our first hotel on our tour of Italy and it was delightful. It is a bit out of the way but that only adds to its charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all the public areas were great. Our bedroom was extremely well appointed with comfortable beds and great views. The restaurant and bar areas were light and airy (the alfresco dining area was lovely, especially on a warm, sunny morning). There was a good selection of food at the breakfast buffet and all our other meals well prepared, well presented and very tasty. My wife is Gluten Free but her diet did not cause any problems whatsoever. There is a very good pool and the rest of the grounds are as delightful as the hotel itself.

Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough our stay was perfect, the pool is so tranquil, clean and the ideal temperature. The staff are all lovely, food was also delicious both breakfast and dinner. We had the most wonderful stay. Only negative is it’s a little bit out of the town but as long as you have a car you’ll be fine.

A pleasant surprise - much better than we were expecting. Very comfortable rooms, good food - dinner and breakfast - great pool and excellent friendly service. It briefly rained when we were there and the overwhelming aroma of olive and almond trees was a delight, which reminds that this is rural retreat, which is just what we needed on a road tour of Sicily, with views of Noto one way and the sea the other. You definitely need a car.

One of the most beautiful places in which we stayed. The lemon orchard, the flowers, the palm trees, the cats, everything around you fills you with peace, takes you back in time, breaks you from the crazy rhythm of our days. The entire staff at the villa and restaurant is very nice, kind. The food is very good, each dish is a culinary experience, the pool is wonderful. The perfect place that makes you want to come back and dream about it every day or night. The Marchesa room has a great view and a large terrace. Thank you to everyone who takes care of this place and contributes to the brilliance of this place. It was a perfect vacation.

Pros: beautiful old buildings set in lovely gardens.
Cons: the staff at the hotel were unwelcoming and rude. When we arrived, the staff were arguing and extremely rude- I stood at the reception awkwardly waiting to be acknowledged while the two women at reception argued in Italian. We felt like the staff didn’t want us there.
It’s unclear what time the bar opens at the pool, they should be clear about that.
The vegan / vegetarian options at the restaurant are strange (there is a vegan burger but it wasn’t a burger at all)
The food at breakfast didn’t taste fresh.
There is a private pool that you can hire for an hour for 100 euros, this felt expensive and we weren’t aware of this cost.

Lots that was good some not so good
The old buildings are beautiful. The room we had 505 was an old stable. The pool was magnificent and always plenty of sun loungers available. The breakfast was good quality and plentiful.
However the room was small, there was no WiFi apart from at the pool and the main building.
The evening meal was not good. Cold parmigiana and very limp chicken salad with no dressing offered.

My niece and I stayed at Villa Favorita for two nights with identical bedrooms (303 and 302). Each bedroom had a nice little balcony. The rooms were on the smaller side - as were the bathrooms - but for one person per room they are adequate. The hotel itself is a beautiful, rustic complex of buildings (I assume an old farmhouse). The swimming pool is very large and has fantastic views of old town Noto in the distance. The hotel is conveniently located halfway between the beach and old town Noto (about 8-10 minutes by car to either direction). I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 3 nights on an organised tour. Loved our room, it was one in the courtyard along the corridor on the left and hence had our own terrace. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh fruit and of course cannoli. What let this place down was the main course in the evening. There wasn’t a choice, maybe because we were part of a tour, and either potato or veg but not the two together. The pasta corse was plentiful so fill yourself up on that. Staff were great and the pool area beautiful. Would recommend this hotel especially if you like cats as there are several hereinteresting surrounds within the comple
