Great location, tasty breakfast, clean rooms and very friendly reception. We had a lovely stay.

Great Hotel with wonderful ocean views  where staff are very helpful

Everything was perfect, location is amazing-sea view, there were not many people and it was silent.
Beach is opposite the hotel, free sun bed is included. Parking space is also opposite the hotel.
Breakfast and service also great.
Room is big (I had room for 3).
If you need to relax, enjoy the silence and spend time in peace atmosphere- go there.

We purchased upgraded room quality, so we were living in main building and everything was good with rooms, spacious, beautiful balcony.

What we didn’t like: service, when checking in, no instructions were given, what includes the room and what doesn’t, which resulted in us paying the fee for sunbeds, 20 euros, and only later on we discovered that all that time the sunbeds were included in our rooms. Of course we asked for refund, but we received NO REFUND.

If you want to ask receptionists about anything, better not, as they don’t know anything. We booked excursions via them, and when we were asking what to bring and how long does it take, all we heard was I don’t know.

Breakfast wasn’t included in price, but 10 euros is a normal amount for the breakfast, so we were okay with paying extra. The variety of food at breakfast was quite good, we always had something new to try. And I enjoyed that there was some Sicilian food.

The hotel is also apparently holding events, which last up until late in the night, which are disturbing guests from sleep.

Overall, the stay would be great if they provided the refund for the sunbeds that we purchased, even though we were assigned them with our rooms. And the beach stuff informed the receptionists, they just didn’t care about even trying.

We stayed at the time when Covid mainly kills livelihood. Nevertheless, the hotel managed beautifully. The reception staff are great, also the restaurant. The menu is slightly limited (in a normal time I would take off a star). The room is clean and the view of the beach is to die for. Great location.

Close to the beach, very clean, and comfortable. The views off the spacious balconies are phenomenal. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Close to Taoromina with a local bus ride just up the hill. The Saturday night entertainment was perfect with live music and dancing. The electricity was not controlled by the key pass so we were able to charge our electronics when we left the room. Spacious rooms with 3 single beds and plenty of room to move around. Would recommend to friends and plan to return to stay here.
