Antica Casa Naldi

Antica casa Naldi is an authentic place with lovely, very clean rooms.
You can eitherhave a more international breakfast with coffee/ tea, yoghurt bread, cheese, ham and jam or a an Italian one with cappucino and dolce. Everything is served by the lovely host host Miriam either in the large kitchen or in the small courtyard towards the old town wall around Monte Carlo.
Miriam can also provide you with all the informations and tips you need to have a perfect holiday in Tuscany.
The town has several very good restsurants within walking distance.

Fantastic place to really feel like you are in Italy during medieval times. Historic old world feel of the whole place. You walk out of the spacious well-equipped kitchen (with great breakfast) onto a patio, and eat your breakfast on the perimeter stone fortress wall of MonteCarlo, overlooking miles of Tuscan landscape. Bedrooms were huge with the same great views. The website pictures barely do it justice. Staying there was one of the highlights of the trip.

Guests from 13-15/09 current. Cozy, comfortable, quiet environment where you can breathe a familiar atmosphere. The House located in the historic center of Montecarlo (municipality known for the quality of its wines), enjoys a
beautiful panorama overlooking the Valdinievole. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and of high quality. Miriam's cakes, the lady who runs the b&b are good indeed excellent and very fresh. Miriam is a kind, sunny, affable and helpful person. Without a doubt we will not fail to return.

Montecarlo is a small, intact and picturesquely situated medieval village that, due to its geographical location, is ideal for exploring northern Tuscany. The Antica Casa Naldi is located directly at the city wall and offers a breathtaking view over the hilly landscape. Sitting on the city wall as the lord of the castle with a glass of wine in the evening - sensational. The rooms are spacious, with a view of northern Tuscany, quiet, tastefully furnished and very clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The best, however, are the sensational tips from the enchanting Miriam. Without being intrusive, she manages to inspire us even more for the area. Whether we wanted to go to the beach, to Florence, Pisa, a restaurant with the best Bistecca Fiorentina, or to visit a winery. Everything was questioned by her, supplemented with valuable tips and, if desired, helped with the organization. We were thrilled every time.
The concern that it would be difficult to park in Montecarlo also turned out to be unfounded in retrospect, as Miriam issues her guests a parking permit as "Residenti". All in all a very nice time with many great moments and we will be back - thank you!
