Hotel Biancamaria in Anacapri

Hotel Biancamaria is truly a hidden gem in Capri, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

My husband, our friends, and I recently stayed here to celebrate his 40th birthday, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We also stayed here for our mini moon shortly after our wedding, and returning felt like coming home. The owners have been family friends for many years, and from the very first night, we were welcomed like family.

The location is superb—right in the heart of Anacapri, within easy walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants, with the bus and taxi stop just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the entire island.

The rooms are always spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, and the service is impeccable from beginning to end. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We also looked forward to breakfast each morning—the delicious fresh croissants and perfectly made cappuccinos were the perfect way to start each day.

Over the years, we’ve shared this special place with family and friends, and everyone has always felt incredibly welcome. Whether you’re visiting Capri as a couple, with family, or with a group of friends, Hotel Biancamaria offers genuine hospitality, warmth, and an experience that keeps you coming back.

Great location, bus station not far, shops and restaurants all around. The room was very clean and tidy. The lady at reception was so kind and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience! I enjoyed the warm hospitality of Southern Italy along with the cleanness and exactitude of Northern Italy, altogether in the dream atmosphere of Capri Island and its marvels. Unforgettable!

Our room had a very nice balcony, we could see the island of Ischia and on the other side Monte Solaro mountain. Very quiet, spacious room, with a comfortable bed. At breakfast the young lady made us a very nice cappuccino every morning “delizioso” we also loved the fresh cornetto!! On our next visit to Capri we will stay here again!!! We spent 5 wonderful days on the island. The hotel deserves a fourth star! It is clean and homeful. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's the center of Anacapri, and it's quiet. I've never eaten such tasty croisants for breakfast anywhere :) I already dream of returning to this beautiful place...

Rosa and Rafael are the owners of this establishment in Anacapri. I would not want to stay anywhere else. It is located in the heart of the town. One can sit outside and watch the world go by. It is very close to the chair lift for Mt Solaro. This hotel is home away from home! They serve great wine (5 euros per glass). Breakfast is simple yet they personalize your experience with drink service! I would definitely stay here when I come to Capri again!!

Great place to stay in Anacapri! We loved the great location – it’s right on a road filled with restaurants and shops – the balcony, the AC and the view overlooking the cable car to Monte Solaro. The cable car is only a 5 minute walk away and this area is super lively. The service at breakfast however, wasn’t very attentive. We had ordered our coffee but never got it. So we had to order again. Other than that the breakfast was very nice.

Fantastic central location in Anacapri. Beautiful shops, transport on your doorstep and a wealth of restaurants. Chairlift minutes away with lots of other things to see and do. Breakfast was limited in a buffet style but perfectly enjoyable and fine for us. The owners were helpful, friendly, very welcoming and accomodating Rooms were clean with fresh towels each day. Room air-conditioned with a basic hairdryer. TV in the room although couldn't find an English channel but certainly not an issue. We'd recommend this hotel and return again.
