Even better than expected!
This hotel was truly a Bella vista—inside and out! Our balcony overlooked the sea and Mt. Vesuvius, and was both secluded and private. The room was much nicer than the pictures on the listing—it’s usually the opposite! Even the bathroom was clean, which I don’t unusually find. The staff were all super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and filling.

Place with nice view but without used potential.
Needs upgrade in the rooms, bathrooms , service and area around the building.
Hotel has no shuttle service so bus or taxi is the only way to get to the Capri village.
Breakfast very poor but you can order to the room.
Hotel personel was very nice and helpful.

I think Bella's front desk colleagues are very good at at least giving me the information I expected. I paid for it when I checked out. This is what she deserves. The room is not very soundproof. The Europeans next door talk loudly and are very hyped! The aunt in the room is okay, but it's not polite to open the door directly in the morning. The guests who sleep in the room probably don't know what happened. The desserts in the restaurant are very delicious 😋 but only one person serves all the hotel's breakfast + clean up.
