Hotel San Michele was an absolute dream! The view is unbeatable, with majestic sunsets that can be enjoyed perfectly from the terrace or the drink garden. The pool is huge, featuring plenty of lounge chairs, a lunch spot, and a bar. The service was exceptional, and the location is absolutely perfect. Situated in Anacapri, it's just a 5-minute walk to all the shops and restaurants, and about a 7-minute walk to the chair lift. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more – you have to book a room with a balcony view; it is incredible!!

Hotel San Michele is a hotel where you feel right at home, and the owners are wonderfully run. It's a haven of peace with breathtaking views, surrounded by nature. It features a semi-Olympic pool surrounded by a lush garden where you can sample exceptionally fresh and well-prepared fish. And above all, children are welcome, which is not always easy on the island. We've been coming back for several years now and will definitely be back. A wonderful holiday ❤

A dramatic place to stay!
The location is spectacular. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful; we extend special kudos to Salvatore, the shuttle driver, who was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. We did find the room to be really small (but its terrace was twice the size of the room!).
One note of caution: avoid the restaurant in the hotel.

The entire hotel needs a little love (especially outside). Boxes and things in the lobby area. Let me say, however, that the staff was nice, the rooms are clean and best shower (except no door makes it cold). We would definitely be back!

I booked a room at Hotel San Michel through Booking.com, where it was stated that the room had a balcony, but that was not the case. The room 302 only had a small window. It was also very tiny; the photo I uploaded was taken with a wide-angle lens because otherwise, almost nothing would fit in the frame.
The room was located right next to the reception, so the noise was constant. Between the conversations of people gathering in the hall and the voices at the front desk, it was quite difficult to rest.
Overall, the room does not match the standard of a four-star hotel, nor the photos or description shown online, and certainly not the price I paid.

From the moment we arrived to the port our shuttle came to pick us up promptly. Everyone was extremely kind we even got a map with tips and info about events and restaurants in the area as well as bus transport. The views are to die for from this hotel. Highly recommended !!

Dear friends, I ve been coming to Capri for years. This summer was for me the hardest of my life for very sad reasons. Notwithstanding I opted for Capri and the hotel San Michele drew my attention and here I am!! Wonderful!! Bruno, Roberta Eduardo Andrea and especially the cook Francesco , O pennello, are sublime!! Marco at the swimming pool is great and kind!! The restaurant is one of the finest in the whole island!! I fell in love with this place!!!!!

One of the best spot in Anacapri . The rooms are very cozy. The personal very attentive and carefully about all the details.

The Location is stunning thats all. The rooms are dirty and broken. The Service is rude and not welcoming. They are super slow and can’t organize! They told us it’s not a public pool but it is. So busy and locals running around with kids. If you wanna relax don’t go there. The Lady’s at the reception are really slow and arrogant. If i could i would give 0 Stars.
