Upon arriving at Napoli Class B&B we were kindly greeted @ reception on the 2nd floor. We were not only appreciative of the efficient check-in process, but we were surprised by an upgraded suite which was much needed following 10 days of travel.

The suite was a situated on the same floor as the breakfast room & terrace. Terrace was equipped with the perfect day beds for rest and/or tanning - in addition great views of the main shopping area.

The room itself was outstandingly clean, equipped with strong wifi and a Smart TV, comfy bed and sheets, a Juliet balcony and a gorgeous bathroom. This was a treat after staying in traditional hotel rooms in other Italian cities.

The location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was right around the corner from the Galleria Umberto.

Breakfast was quaint and just perfect to get our last servings of bufala mozzarella. We also had the smoothest check-out which was paired by a wonderful sleep.

They also offer a baggage room in case you want to explore Naples post-check out.

Highly recommend. This stay was such a treat!

It started off by them charging me $90 because my wife wasn’t on the reservation. Never heard of such a thing. I booked a room that accommodates 2 people. Then the first night we had no hot water. Their solution was for us to wait for it to be fixed. No refund for the first night, no switching of the room. They limit you to 1 bath towel each. The place is difficult to get in and out. You have to step over a cutout portion of the door which is not convenient with luggage. If you have any disabilities you will not be able to book or get in and out of this place. The elevator is so small that only 2 people can fit and you basically cannot have luggage with you. Getting off the elevator is the same. It’s so tight that you have to walk sideways. The shower is so small you touch the glass. I’m a small guy so I couldn’t imagine if you were 6’ tall, it would be impossible to shower. The showers head sprayed water in all directions because it’s old and broken. We asked for an iron. The one they gave us was old, didn’t work and we had no ironing board. With all of this, I do not recommend this place for the price. It’s for people that want a step up from a hostel. So glad we only booked two nights. It would have completely ruined our vacation.

Decent stay, good location.
Comfortable bed. Very small shower, so if you're big, you won't fit in, and there's no place to leave soap or other utensils.
Poor service, as they were only there upon arrival and didn't explain much. We asked what time breakfast was served, which was included, but they didn't explain that it was on the 5th floor of the building. And there was nothing indicated other than a sign for breakfast on the 4th floor, which is where we went and rang the bell, but they didn't let us in... and there was no one to inform us or give any directions at 7:30 in the morning, which is when we had it... we had to go outside to have breakfast...
So bad, otherwise good.

The hotel has a great location. Our room wasn't large, but it was clean enough. It's very close to shopping, dining, and the pier; you can shop right downstairs. I liked the standard balcony. The reception is on the second floor; you have to look for it a bit… What I felt reassured about about the hotel was the multiple security doors; it made me feel very safe. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, and polite. The room has a suite with a shared lounge, where coffee and snacks are always available. However, our bathroom was small, and the shower water pressure was a bit weak. I have to complain a little about the breakfast; there weren't many fruits and vegetables, and it wasn't very tasty.
