A Warm, Welcoming Italian Retreat Perfect for Relaxation Overall Impression If you are looking for a peaceful escape away from crowded party destinations, this family-run hotel is a gem. The genuine hospitality, excellent facilities, and relaxed atmosphere made our stay memorable, and we will definitely return. The Room Upon arrival, we were initially a bit concerned. The room is somewhat dated, with minor cosmetic wear visible, and the shower space is on the smaller side for larger guests. However, despite these initial impressions, the room ultimately proved to be very comfortable and well-suited for a restful stay. Service & Atmosphere The hotel is run by a wonderful family, and their care is felt throughout the property. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel like part of their family. The guest profile is mostly Italian families on vacation, which adds an authentic, relaxed charm to the entire experience. Facilities & Amenities * Pools: The grounds feature two warm swimming pools maintained at a comfortable 32°C. There are plenty of sunbeds available, so finding a spot to relax is never an issue. * Breakfast: The morning spread offers plenty of variety. While there is a self-serve coffee machine, we highly recommend asking the gentleman on duty for a freshly made traditional coffee instead—it makes all the difference. Dining Although the hotel restaurant only serves lunch, the culinary quality is outstanding. Even with several great Italian restaurants nearby, the food here easily holds its own. The pasta and bruschettas were exceptional, fresh, and full of flavor. Verdict A charming, serene hotel with a heart. Perfect for anyone seeking authentic warmth, great food, and total relaxation. Highly recommended.

The hotel is ideally situated in a quite location but close to beech, thermal spa, garden, nice restaurants and close to Forio town. Staff are polite, respectful, helpful and friendly. Elena at the reception was very helpful from check in to check out. Helped us in every aspects, transport, p[laces of interest and restaurants.

My child and I stayed here for a weekend trip. We found the hotel charming; the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good and the swimming pools are fantastic. Although we had a nice visit and all went well, I had to be overly mindful of my child as the majority of the guests are in the geriatric class. Just something to keep in mind if you have small children.

We stayed here last week and generally the hotel was very nice. The outside area is lovely, with two pools, pretty gardens and plenty of loungers and seating. I had booked the holiday for my wife's birthday and unfortunately, first impressions spoilt the whole experience. Our room was the smallest in the hotel with single beds. It was situated at the rear of the hotel and had no balcony or views. I offered to pay for an upgrade to a double room with a view but was met with total negativity from reception saying the hotel was full. This put a huge damper on our romantic break. They dont even provide an iron in the hotel. We are not sure how people give the breakfast such good reviews. If you're not used to eating cakes for breakfast then it was mediocre at best. On a positive note. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept and the location is great with easy access to the beach or local transport.

The property is beautiful. They have thermal pools that overlook the sea. The breakfast each morning is amazing. Walking distance to the beach, and several restaurants nearby. The staff are great. They are always ready to help.

The standard room we had was dated but clean. The pool area was very good. We found the breakfast good and the lunch menu enjoyable (aubergine parmigiana yum!). The main positive was the staff. Room was nice. Staff were very helpful. The facility has beautiful ocean view from the rooftops even from the main entrance. Breakfast buffet was superb.
