Paco Residence in Ischia Town

We really enjoyed our stay, the new young employee who greeted us spoke excellent English and was very helpful but also gave us our space.

The room was adequate, quite spacious, but dated.
The bed was very thin but not uncomfortable, shower was fairly powerful, storage for luggage was good.
The kitchenette was below our expectations... The gas oven / hob was old, had no racks and required a match or lighter (which we did not have).
There was no kettle or microwave, and nothing is provided complimentary.

The following essentials were not provided:
- spare toilet roll
- small shampoo & shower gel
- hand soap
- Kitchen essentials: washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, matches/lighters for cooker

On a positive side, the thermal heated pools were wonderful, the pool area is very well done, peaceful and relaxing. The water was clean and warm as described.
The sauner was very different but very enjoyable.

The place is situated at the top of steep, narrow road, a walk we only wanted to suffer once with all our luggage, so we got rental scooters delivered to the hotel for the duration of our stay.

We had a lovely time and would highly recommend, 3 stars is only for the dates room and lack of basic provisions.
