Why is the booking information inconsistent with the actual check-in? I walked for 15 minutes with my heavy luggage and arrived at the front desk, who told me it was the apartment building next door. After I paid, they had no idea where it was. You should ask the hotel booking platform. Ctrip should take some responsibility.

Communication is absolutely terrible. Difficult check-in process, and the room we reserved is not what we got. Paid for early check in, but unit wasn't ready. Also the check-in office is several miles from your actual room, and you are on your own for transportation (cabs cost more than the room). They still have not refunded our deposit and they will only communicate in WhatsApp because that is not easily available for legal purposes. We now have to dispute the deposit charge because they have gone dark.

Be careful
Noisy. Did online application for 2 nights. Arrived at premises to learn I had to check in at another address that closed before I could get there.
Helpline closed and unable to assist.Had to find another hotel nearby for €70. When I visited the checkin address they charged me a late checkin fee of €40 and a refundable bond in 2 weeks of €200!!!! For 2 nights.Even though I’d paid the rental.Totally inflexible and unfair. My friend said THIS IS A SCAM. Room decor was poor and floors not clean. Think carefully before staying with them and read the fine print!

You will pay less if you pay more for another hotel room and location. The mistakes, extra fees and lack of service was shocking. I’ve been home for 3 1/2 weeks, and they still have kept my deposit although I left the room immediately, clean and in good condition.

Hotel location that I booked was not the location that I got. It was 3 metro stops away.

Apartment is nice but service is dire. Held my friends deposit for way longer than expected. Someone knocked on the door to check the room about 30 mins after we has checked in, why not do that before we check in.....we was in bed! It took weeks of chasing to get the deposit money back.

Don’t book ClaPa Group. We didn’t stay there since they wanted to charge some money beforehand that they never explained what it was for. Worst communication ever.

I do not recommend to anyone! The room was super small, the shower was broken, the bidet too! It is located in a super busy square with many restaurants and a small street right under the window where there is constant movement of people and cars and when someone can't pass they start honking... Terrible noise right under the window... There is also deposit for the empty small room of 200 euros, which I still can't get back after more than a month after I left the hotel, and this is not an isolated case reading the reviews on google and trustpilot! Also, the reception is about 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel and the staff is terribly arrogant and unhelpful! Run away from this place!!!

Right in the historic center of Napoli! The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and explained us what we needed to do since we were a bit tight on time. The iconic Caffè Grambinus is very close by!

Not recommended. No staff at the property. Phone not answered. Air conditioning didn’t work. We couldn’t check in first night and had to pay to stay elsewhere. On the plus side, great location right next to metro, and room and bed large and clean. Choice of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.
