Relais Torre Gloria in Naples

Our host was amazing and very kind. She gave us suggestions on places we could see around Naples and was very attentive. Will definitely return next time we are in Naples!

The location is quite close to the ferry port, which I was happy with. I also thought it was good value for money, but after the reservation was complete, I received a message saying that check-ins after 8 PM would cost an extra 20€. I wish I had known this beforehand, and I didn't get a response when I tried to contact them through Trip. Getting into the hotel for the first time was quite complicated and confusing. The room was spacious. The washing machine turned on but I couldn't use it. I booked this hotel to catch an early ferry the next morning, staying late at night with no frills, and checking out early. There were too many things to do during check-in and check-out, which was stressful.

Let's start with a very clear premise. The property is excellent and comfortable. Well located. Near the train station and the metro, near the Spanish Quarter. It's a strategic area for getting around. The property manager is kind and helpful. Let's move on to the sore points: the area is a bit strange at night, noisy at night (not the best), the room has a constant smell of mold, and the cleaning is not done. So for a short stay, I'd say okay. Coming back at night is not great. The street is always unclean. Don't say more.

I was very grateful that I could use the washing machine. The key was a bit hard to find, but I understand it was for security reasons.

Very lovely aparthotel for one night nearby Naples ferry port, nice and safe location. The host is very friendly and helpful, thoughtful compliments and tour guide leaflets.

Will definitely visit again!!!

We spent four nights in this B&B located in one of the city's towers. The neighborhood is near the station, with the typical station-based population around, but we had no problems. It's very convenient for walking to the city center and even seeing the skyscrapers of the business district. The triple room is large, but it has a very comfortable double bed and a sofa bed that I'd say can only be used in an emergency, so it's fine for two people. The room is thoughtfully furnished. The bathroom is windowless but has a large shower. The television isn't in the best spot, but I'd say there's more to do in Naples than watch TV. I felt Alessandro made the difference, going out of his way to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, sending us a detailed and updated guide with attractions and even recommended places to eat. He's always available and available to answer any questions you may have via WhatsApp. I don't understand how some people could say that in the evening you are left outside, when we arrived late at the airport and were transported by car to the door.

Great, friendly, helpful host (very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc.) and clean and tidy modern apartment. Close to the cruise terminal and short walk to attractions and some excellent restaurants.

Definitely a good choice to stay for one night or two. 10 minutes to shopping streets. We stayed in an elite suit. Comfortable, clean and roomy.

Nice property convenient location, close to ferry train metro all, just double check the pictures, the studio does not have balcony or separate bedroom but it us a real nice studio.
