Unfortunately, the accommodation was extremely unhygienic and disgusting. The bathroom was full of mold and smelled awful, the ceilings were wet, the walls were extremely dusty, you could hear gunshots outside, and the reception desk was partially unmanned... It was pure horror. I never would have imagined it could get so bad. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and very scared. No stars if I could. Please save your money. When we reported the problems to reception, we weren't taken seriously at all. A true nightmare.

The room was OK. However, the walls are very thin, and you can't help but hear phone calls and other noises in the room next door. The breakfast is not good except for the coffee (just an espresso) (rubber cornetto, rubber flatbread, rusks, all wrapped in plastic wrap).

A simple hotel in a good location. Stayed in a single room with AC and shared bathroom and it was fine. Nice balcony to hang out in the evening. Good quiet windows / balcony doors that can be darkened. There is a fridge and microwave if needed. You have to walk 60 steps to get to the hotel. I could imagine coming back. Affordable accommodation!

Overpriced hotel but all the ones in Napoli are. A room is basically very expensive while and apartment in Napoli costs 400€. The hotel in itself is fine, the price is still high for what it is but you have to compare it with other hotels to have a good opinion. Private room, with private bath and water boiler in the room. The staff is also nice and uncomplicated.

The people working there are very very nice and they helped us when we needed tips.
Location has its plus and minus. Its very close to the Garibaldi station (the main station in Napoli) so you can get to anywhere fast but during the night the place is a little dodgy so I would avoid walking alone... but nevertheless nothing too bad:)
Lots of good places to have colazione or a coffee around!

Room was clean and location was convenient, but the rooms are all directly next to the "lobby" area, and the walls are thin with no soundproofing. Every night we were there, the staff hung out in the lobby and talked loudly until 10-11pm, or played the TV loudly. We couldn't sleep. Staff also smoke, so the lobby smells awful.
