A small hotel with only 5 rooms, offering excellent value for money. The rooms could use a refresh, but they are still comfortable. The receptionist, very friendly and helpful, was a great help throughout our stay.
The location is lovely, right across from the docks with their pretty boats. A tray of small treats is provided in the room for breakfast, along with a mini-fridge. The air conditioning is also a welcome feature.
However, the view isn't directly onto the sea but rather a side view, and the rather small balcony isn't really suitable for having breakfast outside.
A few points could be improved: the cleanliness of the showers (there was some mold), and the access, which requires climbing a few steps before reaching the elevator. Finally, the busy road generates a lot of noise, but this is quite common in Naples.
Overall, I recommend this hotel for its value and the warm welcome from the staff.

Excellent bed and breakfast, nice and clean room, excellent location right on the seafront, very clean room and very large bathroom. I highly recommend it for visiting beautiful Naples.

I absolutely recommend it. The room is beautiful and clean. Excellent location, breathtaking views. The lady who welcomed us was super helpful, friendly, and polite. I thank her with all my heart. See you next time 💙

The location is beautiful. It’s right on the waterfront with restaurants nearby. Bar Napoli is great for coffee and Nonna Tittina was wonderful for dinner. Owner Emmanuela helped us with a crisis when our car battery died; she had a jump start device that saved the day. She then went in the car with us to the parking garage which is a close walk to the hotel. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We’re staying there again next week.

we stayed here before going on the sea (private marina with rental boats and captains are within view of the rooms. ask the hosts ;-) Everyone we met here was extremely warm and welcoming. It is a privileged location, extremely comfortable, clean with spacious modern rooms. Great choice. Great people. PS - stop to enjoy the historical antique books in the lobby.

B & B in an excellent position a few meters from the sea, close to private parking, the rooms are very large, clean, tidy and fragrant, courtesy and education are the masters not to mention that in that position the prices are very low, I've been there for work myself and the

The place is good and clean. We stayed here three days and had a good time in Naples. The area is far better than the city center.
