Had a beautiful stay in H Rooms. Really nice and friendly service. My room was cozy and fun - very warm colours. The elevator smelled lovely, dreamy and - romantic.

Avoid this place at all costs. This hotel operates like a scam. They throw in hidden fees that are never clearly disclosed upfront, and even being a single minute late can result in an outrageous upcharge. Instead of providing hospitality, they exploit travelers with unfair rules and surprise costs.

There are plenty of better options in Naples where you will actually be treated with respect and transparency. Don’t make the mistake we did — stay away from this property. BEWARE OF A 200 euro charge that they will hold for 30 days.

I recommend this Hotel very much.It is clean and the room service is very helpful. Near the hotel there are small markets to buy food,open late hours, but also many restaurants and Cafes,and 3 beaches.The hotel has fantastic location for tourists.I highly recommend.

The place is great, location is close to the beaches,delicious restaurants and city centre with tourist attractions.Close to the hotel there are many mini-markets to shop for food.The room service is very helpful. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend this Hotel and for sure I will come back.

The main problem was the showers and toilets, where in our room we couldn't push and make the toilet flush. The stairs were exhaustive, the beds were comfortable. The problem with the shower was that the object that held the shower head would come off, making it fall every time we showered. The owner was nice to us but it was like he didn't want us there.

Rooms were clean, equiped with all what you need for stay. Very confortable bed, I slept like a baby. Everyone was sming at me and I felt nearly like at home! Perfect location, close to metro/train few meters from main promenade along the sea. Great value for money!

The location is perfect for those who enjoy walking along the waterfront, offering beautiful views. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and ready to help with any requests.

Excellent property on the Naples waterfront. Located in a historic building, very beautiful and artistic. Highly recommended, equipped with every comfort. Perhaps the details could be more accurate. Good price (after all, it's a 3-star hotel on Via Caracciolo in Naples).

Enjoyable stay
We stayed for 1 night at H Rooms Boutique Hotel last week. When we arrived a little bit earlier, the gentleman at the reception accommodated us and let us check-in earlier. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our brief 1-night at this facility. The hotel is also located on the longomare (literally on the sea side). So we had a nice view in front of the hotel. The metro station was just a walking distance from the hotel, so it was very easy to get around. If we ever go back to Naples, we will definitely go back to that hotel.

We arrived in Naples on August 14th and stayed in a quadruple room. The room is located in a building with an elevator, and everything is very well-maintained. We were pleasantly satisfied with the spacious and clean room. The only downside is that the mattresses could use a replacement. The bunk bed was a bit worn and gave the impression of being unclean. Otherwise, the owner provided clear guidance and assistance with everything.
