This accommodation has a fantastic location in Naples and a very pleasant stay. Furthermore, communication with them via WhatsApp is smooth and they are very friendly. On the other hand, it's also fair to mention for future guests that out of the four mornings when breakfast was included, the experience wasn't good on two of them (one day it arrived an hour earlier than we requested [imagine being asleep and that happening], and another day it never arrived at the time we needed, even though we had notified them the previous afternoon. We had to leave without it). Additionally, one day we were without bath towels, and the water reservoir for the coffee maker in the room was filthy. So much so that we decided not to make coffee. Therefore, as the title indicates, the accommodation was fine, but with some issues that, being on vacation and not being cheap, could have made us feel more comfortable.

Excellent location, clean room. The soundproofing isn't great, but the two neighboring rooms were occupied by quiet guests. Breakfast is served in the room only.

Ideally located for exploring Naples day and night, close to all public transportation and well-connected to the airport. The room was very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast served in your room was a plus. The staff is ready to answer any questions.

It was the 2nd time this year for 3 nights. We had the opportunity to attend a performance at San Carlo very close, as well to go to Beverello and take easily the boat to Amalfi. The room is clean, really central eeasy access to metro and old city center. The breakfast satisfactory. We have already suggested it to friends.

At least say it and adjust the price
If some limitations were made explicit in the instructions (breakfast only in the room and in really narrow spaces and window only on the stairway) and considered in the price, perhaps they would be more acceptable

This was my third stay in Naples and I always choose Via Chiaia as it is a very elegant and safe area. B & B Chiaia 32 was the best choice so far. It is a minute walk away from Piazza del Plebiscito. The entrance is very welcoming and it is also served by a lift. The rooms are spotless and they are cleaned every day. Breakfast is also served daily in the room. We stayed in Room 5 and it was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe, en suite bathroom and there was also a kitchenette surprisingly tucked in a cupboard. If you are planning to stay at this B&B make sure you book a room with a balcony on Via Chiaia.

B & B Chiaia 32 is highly recommended. The rooms are kept clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks goes to Fabio who did his utmost to help us have a wonderful experience. Thanks also goes to sweet Livia. We will return back on our next visit to Naples.

Lovely place to stay in Naples. Fabio was helpful throughout with prompt responses to questions. Apartment was big enough and well equipped. Location was perfect. 5 min walk to ocean, 10 min walk to port for ferries, 5min walk to metro for interconnecting train to Rome. Shops at your doorstep. Pick up location for tours to Amalphi 2 min walk away.
