Hotel Cesirja in Naples

We reserved a room at Hotel Cesirja in March 2025 for an October stay, but did not reserve their taxi service. A week before our hotel arrival, I needed to reserve a taxi service to the hotel from the airport. Due to my phone service, I was unable to directly speak with the hotel's front desk and communicated via email. From the email, I misunderstood that the hotel's taxi service was unavailable while their site stated otherwise. Confused, I reserved a taxi round trip ride via Bookings.com's partner company, Taxi.com from the airport to the hotel and they requested arrival flight information. I let the reservation agent know that we didn't have the flight number since we would be arriving at the airport via bus from Salerno... I kept getting annoying emails from Bookings.com for an arrival flight number and that they would cancel the reservation without that number.

Anxiously, I phoned Hotel Cesirja and was able to explain the taxi service confusion. With calm assurance, Michele, the front desk manager, told me they would take care of it and not to worry. I quickly cancelled the expensive Taxi.com service and was refunded.
Knowing that the hotel room would not be ready till after 2:00 in the afternoon, I mentioned to Michele that we would arrive at Capodichino airport by bus from Salerno at 10:00 am and we would wait for a 2:00 PM hotel ride. His calm response was that he would schedule a 10:00 am ride for us and our room would be ready on arrival. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!!.
The stay was pleasant and relaxed. We requested an after 7:00 am ride to the airport, the hotel staff was very accommodating and told us they would open the breakfast bar early for our convenience.
All in all, we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, the nice clean room, and their hotel taxi service which by the way cost much less than the online service.

Really beautiful hotel, the service and rooms were wonderful. The only problem was the area, being a little out of the public transport's circulation, but very good as price in my opinion too

The best hotel in the city! The reception person was just absolutely lovely, we were able to leave our luggage for sometime before we took a tour around the city even after we checked out. We also had the possibility of booking a taxi to take us to the airport. Lovely! Definitely booking this hotel on our next visit!

We spent here just a few hours before our very early flight.
Overall, it was very good for that purpose.
Nice room but no facilities for making coffee and very small TV.
Stuff was helpful and ordered a texi to the airport for us even before we got to the hotel.
It is not very close to the airport and the texi costs 30 euros for 2 people.

Staff and owner very kind and very helpful. New rooms, new heating with air conditioner. Great restaurant nearby. For me a perfect stay.
