Reviews
* They had no working A/C - although falsely stating in the room description in booking that they have. One of us suffers from awful heat-waves (a medical condition). This ruined our night. We contacted booking.com regarding it, and then the hostel owner sent us a message calling us idiots and laughting about us since it was cold outside. No empathy whatsoever for a medical condition he wad not familiared with, and no responsibility taken. Plus he deliberately tried to shame us and hurt our feelings.
* Whenever we flushed down the toilet - an awful sewage smell came out and made it difficult to breathe.
* The head of the shower seemed to be broken: the water only ran through its edges and splashed on the sides, while no water came through the shower head holes.
* They supplied a very dirty cup - it would have been better to just not put it out there because it gave a feeling of dirt and lack of hygiene.
* It's a third flood room - it was difficult to bring up the luggage.
* We personally felt the bed was uncomfortable (strong strings and stiff mattress).
PROS:
* The location was good. The receptionist was nice and assisting
Would never return and I offer you all to avoid this horrible place.
We found many insects in the room.
The two receptioniste didnt wear a mask for the check-in...
