BE CAREFUL - THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKING AFTER A FEW DAYS. I made a reservation through Booking.com on October 31st, and the property unilaterally cancelled it on November 5th, just a few days later, claiming it was already booked. They also tried to get me to cancel the reservation myself, which I find unacceptable. I doubt that explanation, as they likely re-listed the property elsewhere at a higher price. The alternative they offered was not equivalent (fewer rooms, fewer beds, and worse conditions). The management was unprofessional and caused clear inconvenience in my travel plans.

Since the booking was cancelled by the property, Booking.com does not allow me to leave a review there, so I’m sharing my experience here to warn future travelers. Lack of reliability and professionalism.

Cancelled booking due to being double booked on the day we arrived. Be careful if booking here

Note that this is a guesthouse! The location is a bit hard to find, but the host is nice. The facilities are okay, but the air conditioning isn't very effective. You can see the sea right outside the door, and there's also the Royal Palace and the People's Memorial Square nearby.

PERFECT LOCATION! Seriously, it’s located near Cafe Gambrinus. WONDERFUL STAFF! I loved the cute decor. So colorful. The building had high ceilings. Warm in December. And room had a balcony and a kitchenette. Very convenient! Room is a little dark in the morning bc of orientation and narrow streets.

WiFi was fast for the most part. There were a couple slow times, but I was able to do a video call and screen share, so I’m happy. Was working 6PM to 3AM without any issue. Good bed and pillows. Lots of hot water and good pressure.

Only improvement needed is cleanliness. The mugs all had coffee stains. Smells when you open the cupboard. Hair on the dish sponge. The air filter in the bathroom is dirty. Black mold starting to grow in the shower (which drains slowly). The bathroom doesn’t smell nice thanks to these things. It’s not horrible, but I would’ve extended my stay because I loved Naples and this particular hotel was perfect aside from the cleanliness issue. I paid $55.

Very nice room but the shower and tub water was very cold and annoying. Very nice area.

Everything OK !

18.11.2023 Cristian

We appreciated our room, very nice and clean, the quality-price ratio and the kindness of Sara and Luigi.

On our busy trip, being able to enjoy a hot bath in the hot tub was a luxury!

See you soon!

The host is very nice and welcoming, she helps you with any information you want. The accommodation is located right next to the Plebiscito square, in a very beautiful area of the city of Naples. The room is clean and spacious, with a classic-modern design with special decorations. Although it is not included with breakfast, you are welcomed with fruit, some snacks, water or juice. Entry is by card and there is also a small kitchenette.
I don't think there are any disadvantages, everything was ok. I highly recommend.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
