Really wonderful location in the heart of the city but that is basically the major plus of this hotel.
Their breakfast offering was underwhelming to say the least, the coffees would always arrive cold and the selection was limited. Also their cleaning lady leaves at 11 am so unless you get out of your room early you will not get any type of cleaning service. Makes no sense really…

Location was a key factor for us. There is a €20 fee for late check-in (which applied to us at 11 PM). The service was good overall, but the stay didn’t offer the best value for money—rooms and furnishings were somewhat worn and in need of an update.

We were staying in CityKey Napoli for a 5 nights with a kids. Great service: very clean, possibility to arrange breakfast you want!
Great stylish design!
Great location: near to underground.
Antonio, the owner, was very helpful and respectful!! Lot of nice restaurants and coffeehouse around! Easy way to go with underground to many places!
In a walking distance amazing Archeological, Antropological, Phisics, Mineralogical and Zoological museums!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at CityKey! It’s conveniently located right next to Dante station and close to many attractions! The rooms are clean, nice, and quiet, and they included a nice breakfast. The front desk made the check-in process very easy, as they were very accommodating with our luggages. We would stay here again!

This place was so beautiful. I was definitely confused at first; it’s on the second floor and there is a store on the first floor. We initially missed the entrance but we just asked a guy working in a neighboring shop and he told us. The place is beautiful , stylish and so clean! Our room was comfortable and spacious. Wifi signal was strong. Antonio was so helpful and so kind! Provided us with restaurant recommendations in the area. We had a delicious breakfast brought to our room, which we ate on the balcony😊

The location is very close to many things and we easily walked to our food tour meet up location, to shopping and to the museum of archeology. It’s across from a landmark too so easy to find your way back.

10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again when we get the chance to return to Naples.
