Really bad experience: it looks clean, but nothing practical and everything with poor quality, bad mattress not firm at all, one can fall down when getting up, old and no functional furnitures, bathroom almost everything run down... Breakfast so so, juices with a pronounced artificial taste, cakes not fresh.

Family-run accommodation. Located a 5-minute walk from the train station, the surrounding area is quite safe. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is plentiful, including homemade jams, cheese, and cakes. Please bring your own brushing toothbrush and toiletries. Worth staying at.

Anna’s Family is a perfect BnB for solo or group travellers! The location is superb - 2mins from Garibaldi metro and 5mins walk from Garibaldi train station, with many bus connections around too.
The room + toilet was clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfy. AC worked well and was a lifesaver during the height of Italian summer.

I would like to commend the excellent service of Nonna Anna and her family that elevated my stay to an excellent experience - they were so friendly and warm!

Also, their restaurant (where a simple breakfast is served for guests) serves GREAT local home-style food at super reasonable prices, and I would also 100% recommend to eat there!

Will definitely come back here if I visit Naples again!

Cozy guest house. Small but comfortable room. Also there is a common room where you can drink tea. Friendly staff. Special thanks to Nino - a wonderful girl. Normal breakfast in a cafe nearby, brewed coffee.

These are two hotels connected, on the same floor, with a common reception. I had a reservation at Anna's Family, and the room was eventually at Cineholiday.
Comfortable location near the train station.
Breakfasts with delicious local pastries.
The room has a nice interior, clean except for the walls: they are already pretty tired. Nice balcony.

Good hotel. Very friendly staff. It is located 15 minutes walk from Spaccanapoli and 5 minutes from the central station.

The stay was wonderful and Anna and Nina were wonderful hosts. I highly recommend this place and if I ever return to Naples, I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent family hotel. Very friendly staff. Convenient location: close to the railway station, metro station, bus stop to the airport.
