We found the owner and his family excellent hosts. Whatever we asked for or wanted to know, they were more than happy to help.
You find yourself in the heart of Naples, see how the locals live and the take advantage of the sights, sounds and atmosphere.
On the entrance to the rooms you walk up a marble/concrete staircase and be forgiven in thinking, where am I?. Be surprised 😮. On entering the B&B you come into a beautifully decorated, clean, airy and cool reception area.
Taken to our rooms (the host took up our cases) again a fabulous room. Clean lines, tastefully decorated, air conditioner, TV & fridge. The bathroom is elegant and the shower is perfect, in size, water power and temperature.
We honestly cannot fault this B&B definitely come again.
Breakfast 🥞 , just what you need, simple and delicious, typical Italian starter fir the day.
Excellent price for where we are, in the centre of Naples, so close to all the sites, trains and metro. Literally on the doorstep.

Had a late check-in due to some airline rescheduling and the host was super helpful and accommodating. Did an online checkin and send me very helpful videos on how to find the place and the access codes to get in. Very, very helpful.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Few minutes walk from the busy eating and shopping area but because it’s up a side street it’s really quiet. We walked to all the sights in the city we wanted to see so location is perfect. The couple of own the hotel are just the most lovely peope you could possible meet, so helpful showing us directions to places and nice restaurants. The hotel itself is just gorgeous, very safe and secure. The room was really modern and comfortable with everything we needed. Added luxury of disco lights in the shower which was a fun touch! The breakfast was lovely too with a large selection of cold items including homemade cake! Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, the perfect place to stay for a short or long trip.

STRUTTURA STUPENDA! Rosaria e Antonio oltre ad essere gentilissimi e disponibilissimi sono anche simpaticissimi. Ti fanno sentire a CASA. CAMERA bellissima, pulitissima e con ogni comfort. COLAZIONE ECCELLENTE, disponibità sia di dolce che salato. Ma soprattutto cornetti freschi e ripieni a piacimento. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

The room was large and modern, the bed was huge, and the very comfortable accommodation was perfect, the breakfast was continental style was enough to start a day. Homemade pastries and fresh orange juice. Well located in the Spanish quarter of Naples you are just a couple of minutes' walk from plentiful bars and restaurants.

Loved our stay a toledo, rooms were lovely, clean and well equipped. Central location but not noisy at all. Breakfast was lovely and Rosaria was so helpful and kind with anything we needed. Would recommend.

The structure is recently renovated, very clean and in an excellent position, just two alleys above the central Via Toledo. Antonio and his mother were very kind and super helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier than expected and were also available to store our bags after check out. The breakfast was excellent, with confits and tarts prepared by Mrs. Rosaria, but also cold cuts, cheeses and bread. Our room (Capri) also had a hydromassage tub, the real highlight of the structure, a real panacea for physical and mental relaxation. Too bad we only spent one night there

A B&B with good access near Toledo Station. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and the port is within walking distance. It's still new and very clean. The owner, Antonio, will also actively support you on your trip. I think it's a good B&B, but please note the following:・I can contact you, but there is almost no one at the front desk. It is best to make arrangements in advance for sending luggage or checking in late at night. - Located on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex, you will need 3 keys to reach the front desk. I didn't know how to get on the elevator until the end... ・The location of the hotel was difficult to find, and it was pretty rough at night. There didn't seem to be any strange people, but I think the female group would feel scared. Also, although it has nothing to do with the hotel, the fixed taxi area fare from the airport to the hotel is 30 euros, and I was sometimes told it would be 35 euros, but I cut it down to 30 euros. The airport is 25 minutes from the hotel. Let's ask Antonio to call.
