There is only one thing that was not so easy to manage but it was manageable, it is regarding how to enter the building and how to get those doors to be open.
Miriam was fantastic throughout our stay and even let us leave our bags for a few hours after checkout.
The location is great if you are commuting via the central station but it is not an area I would stay again in Naples. It felt dangerous at night which doesn’t reflect the accommodation itself but rather the general area.
What we found difficult was that there was no reception on site. Everything was handled via WhatsApp. When we checked in, we didn't have the information we needed to get to the hotel. After several messages and calls, we finally received instructions. On our last day, we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel, but unfortunately, our contact person didn't reply until a few minutes before checkout, so we had already left the hotel with our suitcases. Despite this, communication was very friendly and we were reachable, just not as quickly as if there had been a receptionist on site.
What bothered us in the morning was the noise. A cleaning lady always came in the morning and started cleaning, which woke us up.
Small for a family of 3 with a teenager. It would have been nice to have a kettle and facilities in the room and instructions made clear on how to get your breakfast.
Communication is good and prompt and quick to respond to any questions or issues you have whilst you are there.
