This was the most horrible hotel we have ever experienced! They totally deceive you with false pictures! It's was nothing like the pictures! It is dirty, smelly, loud and the cleaners refused to clean the room because we didn't allow them inside by 9 while we were still there! This is not a hotel!! This is a guesthouse to bring prostitutes. STAY AWAY! The street was rough filled with drugs and garbage everywhere!

The hotel is pleasant. However, there is no lift so it would be difficult to get to your room if you have a big suitcase. Our bathroom had a crack in the shower bottom so it leaked terrible after a shower. Shower/bath gel comes in small packs so ask for more or bring your own. Extremely close to the central station so that is a perk. The host was excellent and spoke fluent English, gave good advice so he definitely made the stay pleasant. Not speaking Italian has been a struggle, most people aren't helpful.

The hotel is located in a really unsafe aérea. The conditions of the hotel were beyond discusting. I wish I can download the pictures that I took of the bathroom it was REALLY DIRTY the door broken we had to take the shower with the door open. Roaches in the room. The electric switch did not work. The toilet had No sit to sit on it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. This higiene rate is below 0.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE 4.5 RATING IS FALSE. If I could write a rating of 0 That will be the rating for this “hotel” don’t recommend it.

Got to the hotell quite late, they were over booked so we got offered a “simpler” room than we were paying for. The room was dirty, the toilet smelled and when you flush the dirty water leaked on the floor. The room was cramped and did not offer storage. It consisted of a bed and a small tv fastened over the toilet door. We saw both ants and silverfishes on the floor. But the worst thing was that the balcony door did not close at all, the room was open to the elements and the public!!! The hotel is situated in an unwelcoming and dirty neighborhood.
Would not recommend you staying here.

Last place one should go to! Only the first floor is actually equipped like the pictures show and the homepage quotes! Floor two an higher seem like they can be booked by the hour and all the street salesmen stay there. Plus a lot of thieves and garbage surround the entire area!
The only positive thing about this place is it's staff! They really try to make things work for their customers! But given their options there is just little they can actually offer.

Booked a standard double room. Decor not the best and only 1 English station on which takes a lot of searching before you can find it. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast is not great, to be honest. You get 1 hot drink, 1 croissant and cereal and fruits that look like they have been there for ages. Juice quite diluted and a few other bits. Guys at reception are great and helpful. Hotel central to everything but area is very very doggy. Keep your belongings close to you and be on the look out as you might get run over by crazy drivers?.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Not even lift available. Have to carry your baggage by your own to any floor. Rooms interior and beds were bad.

Room was filthy and covered in dust and other things I dont know what was. Dark and not up to date interiors. Wifi did not reach the room and fridge did not work, as some of the lights. Lots of noise from outside and area did not feel very safe, would not go outside alone after dark. Staff was super friendly and nice which is why I feel it's okay to give one star.

Have to give this hotel one star, the room was unhygienic and depressive. Dusty and suspicious stains on the bed, the shower looked like a good opportunity to catch some kind of disease. Our room was at the end of a really strange maze and we were so far off that we didn't even have access to the included wifi. Bed really uncomfortable, slept one night and felt like we had taken a beating while sleeping. The area around the hotel is kinda dodgy. The reseptionist was really kind and service minded tho, and was the reason we almost considered to stay.
