Apartment is good for this price. Owner is nice and helpful. Near to railway station. Comport beds, two bathrooms. Wifi included.

The area it's located in isn't exactly the best; the bathroom is in pretty bad condition.
The bathrooms are in the hallway, which is shared with other guests. You basically get a bed with an outside bathroom. The price is too high for the property.
Ultimately, it can't be called a B&B. It's an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The refrigerator, moreover, is shared with other guests, as it's outside the room.

Our stay was very good, the rooms were lovely, clean, air conditioned and the facilities were excellent. We were right next to the train station so in a very good area. The hosts were amazing and gave plenty of recommendations, they really couldn’t do enough! Salvatore was a “diamond”

I stayed for three nights in this B&B, rented to me by a third party, not the actual owner. I asked to speak to the owner after seeing the appalling condition of the room, but was not given the opportunity (which is strange in itself). As for the room itself, I've never stayed in such a dirty place with such little regard for guests. The bed had no mattress cover and was filthy duvets and blankets. You'll find a sheet in the room, forcing you to make your own bed upon arrival or sleep on the mattress (covered only by a used sheet as a mattress cover and with the filthy duvet directly on top). Before showering, I had to clean the shower tray because it was too dirty, like everything else in the bathroom. The air conditioning didn't produce hot air (even when set to full heat). I had to keep everything in my suitcase, and couldn't put anything on furniture or chairs because after running my finger over it, it turned black and sticky. I sincerely hope no one else gets ripped off like I did, staying in this bed and breakfast was one of the worst experiences of my life.

In my entire life, I've never stayed in a room like this: to call it dirty is an absolute understatement; the adjectives could be filthy, filthy... but that's also being too kind. From the filthy duvet, to the encrusted toothbrush holder, to the absolutely unsightly shower tray covered in hair; not to mention the lack of shampoo, shower gel, shower mat, or mattress protector, and I'll stop there, because the list of "misfortunes" would be too long. I strongly advise readers against booking this B&B. The photo shows a small example of the duvet you'd be expected to sleep under if you book at Central Station House, and all this for the modest sum of €80.00 per night, paid in advance and without seeing the room first (I also made the mistake of not demanding to see it before paying).

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find, and Raffaele was great. The check-in went very smoothly, and he was very helpful. The breakfast included was delicious. Would highly recommend staying there if you are in Naples. I would 100% return.
