There were a few things I didn't like. But overall, it was good. The linens were clean, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom door had to be lifted to open and close. And the toilet seat was broken. The staff was kind and helpful.

Just for the rooms, good and clean. For the service I was terrified. He knocked 3 times, I dint answer because he already knocked 3 times on my door in the same DAY! I didnt answer, than came that: he opened my door with the code stepped in to lay the receipt on my table and left, without a word, seemingly shocked. I really was afraid that after that, he would try to come in when I sleep so I left and dindt slept the 4 night, even tough I payed, but this horror was not worth it.

It says free breakfast in description - we were charged 10 Euros per person! Owner greatly lacking in customer service skills. Not very friendly and helpful. Didnt understand english very well. Single room had badly leaking shower and toilet flush not working. Mattress didnt fit bedframe - it was smaller than frame. Wifi not working when we arrived and NO wifi in my friends room at back of corridor. Reception not manned all the time and whatsapp communication rarely answered. Never again.

We arrived to no one at the hotel to check us in. After around 15 minutes of being stood outside and having to ring a number on the door we were given a code to go in. When we arrived we were placed in a room on the 4th floor. It was literally a box with a bed. We then found stains on our bedding. In which we couldn’t report or get changed as there was no one about. We stripped the bed ourselves and slept fully clothed :( In the morning we showed the lady the stains in which she immediately switched our rooms to the 5th floor. Once we walked in it felt like a completely new hotel. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

I am really disappointed with Naplesitaly hotel! When I was leaving this hotel I forgot my coat in the room. Then I called back and they answered that they found nothing and rudely hung up the phone. The coat was there for sure. So the only question who have stolen it? I would recommend the management of the hotel to train the cleaning stuff to report about left clothes. And of cource people at the reception should be more polite and speak English better. Otherwise the impression of the hotel will stay quite poor.

I strongly advise against the structure, the mattress and pillows are terrible. The bed is wobbly and noisy.

The hotel was okay and the location is good but the city itself was, not really clean.

There was no one at the reception and the checking was done online. We almost stayed on the street because no one could open the door for us until I called the hotel on the phone and they made me check in on the street, which was an ugly area to be in with the suitcases and cell phone.
