Best Western Hotel dei Mille in Naples

Great reception staff. Close to train station but area had a fair bit of homeless peoples and graffiti. But that’s Naples.

Check-in at the hotel is after 2:00 PM, but they were able to check us in an hour early. Thank you so much for that!

The hotel is new! The towels and bed linens are pristine white! It's very close to the central station and the historic center. But the area is really full of expats.

We had the smallest room overlooking the courtyard, which was great because we couldn't hear the street noise and got a good night's sleep.

One small downside: the Wi-Fi stopped working one evening. We went down to the reception to ask the receptionist what the problem was, but he couldn't help. Apparently, it was a new staff member who didn't know how to recharge the router. The internet was back on the next morning.
Otherwise, everything was great!

Hotel room is very tiny but clean. Bathroom hot shower was good. Breakfast was good and service was excellent, particularly Maria. Quick check in & check out. Liked complimentary mini bar items and safety deposit box was bonus. I wanted to check out 12 noon instead of 11am because my train was delayed for strike and the receptionist (man, didn’t ask his name) confirmed me that it would be possible. However, on the morning after breakfast on the check out day, while reconfirming, the reception told me “NO”, which surprised me. Anyway, it’s not a big deal and they allowed me leave my luggages at hotel store for an hour or so. Except this, everything was good. The elevator is small in size but it accommodates 2 persons with one luggage.

3 minutes walking from Naples Central Station. Very clean room. All items in the cool box are complimentary. Surrounding area seems not safe especially at night. Several halal restaurants around. Basic breakfast provided

Location is Close to train station

It's close to the station~ The room condition is good~ The breakfast was also good~ The atmosphere outside the building was a little dark, but it was okay. It was good for the price~

It is a minimalist hotel, but the rooms are clean and luxurious. The location is near the train station, making it convenient to travel anywhere. You can walk or take the train. The breakfast here is quite varied.

It's very close to the hotel from Naples, but the environment along the way is really not good. I can't imagine that this is Italy. Southern Italy is really hard to describe. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and introduced the local attractions. The room was average. The road outside and the exterior wall of the hotel were under renovation. The noise was from early in the morning to the afternoon. The main problem was that the sewer in the bathroom was very smelly.
