This was the worst experience. Not only is the hotel located in the most crime-ridden and unsafe area, but the treatment of guests is absolutely unimaginable.
When I was given a room that was completely different from what I'd advertised—a windowless room of about 9 square meters—I asked the receptionist to change it to the one I'd booked. They told me the photos weren't necessarily accurate, and they were all booked and didn't care.
When I turned on my phone and started taking pictures, the receptionist tried to kick me out, yelling at me, and trying to take my room key and phone.
When I asked to call the manager, she said I could scroll through the pages and she wouldn't call anyone!
This was the worst experience! I'm still in shock.

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located with plenty of shops nearby. There's a great pizza place close by with delicious pizza. The breakfast was very varied and tasty.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff was also friendly. What surprised us very positively was the breakfast: a very large selection at the buffet – in some hotels with more stars, you don't get such a varied buffet.

Excellent for a base, it doesn't have parking as it says on trip, the breakfast is very complete, of course, if you're lucky that the person serving is in the right mood, out of 4 days two were excellent, super complete, the other two were a disaster, one was practically empty, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious, and the room in general is, you can see that the people at reception are always in the clouds, they don't understand anything, I recommend it!

Nice hotel good service and an excellent breakfast. Slightly out of town but only 20 min on a bus which leaves from outside the hotel

Close to the airport but taxis are a problem...initially taxi driver wanted me to pay 35Euros and I refused then ended up paying 25Euros!

The rooms are average, just for 1 night was ok, wouldn't stay longer...room had a mouldy smell, shower was dirty.

A little bit far away from centre, but it's a good choise. You have R5 bus from Argenta Hotel to
Central station.
