Really nice hotel in mid neighborhood. Really close to the train station. The staff were really nice and check in/out was easy and quick.
We stayed here for new years eve and could hardly hear anything going on outside.

The hotel is very convenient to reach, few minutes from the Napoli Central Train station. The 2 Metro lines are also very close so exploring the city becomes that much easier. The rooms were clean with adequate space. The breakfast had good options. The check in and check out process was very smooth and quick.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sounds of trains in and out of the station with windows open but we'll blocked with double panes when windows closed. Are is a bit gritty but great spot for convenient long distance and local transportation.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the train station, making it convenient to visit nearby cities like Pompeii, Sorrento, and Rome. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is highly recommended.

We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Plenty of hanging,shelves etc. staff were very friendly, the buffet style breakfast wasn’t for us, a bit hectic but the the area was kept really clean and items topped up. The air con was pretty noisy which was our only issue but overall excellent

Been to Napoli a few times and it's the first time I have stayed in Garibaldi. The Ibis was nice, but a couple of changes need to be made. There needs to be a fridge in the room, and the cleaning staff need to check that the bathroom is stocked well with toilet roll etc. That's not a criticism by any means, just a gentle suggestion.

Be mindful of walking around at night, best to get cabs. However everyone has been so friendly, and the principle is...treat people in a kind and humane way, and they will generally do the same back.

The hotel is close to the train station, about 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel room is quite large. There is only one quilt cover on the bed, and the quilt is in the cupboard. You can put it on yourself when you need it. The water at the door is basically empty in the afternoon when you return to the hotel for a few days, and the replenishment is not timely enough.
