Hotel Bella Napoli in Naples

Location was great, the room was tidy and clean. The shower in the bathroom was big enough and I appreciated that the water didn't leak out like in many other hotels. The breakfast room was really basic but had enough selection for everyone. From eggs, ham, rashers to cereals, nuts and fruit and sweet treats. I loved the small brewing machine beside the coffee machine where you could get a ginseng coffee shot which was delicious.
Definitely recommend it money/value.

This hotel is in a bad area of Naples. Graffiti and trash everywhere, non Italian men staring you down, don't go out at night. Military and police patrolling everywhere all the time. This hotel was a budget hotel. The USBs are so loose you can barely use them, the beds will scoot away from the wall if you lean back. Overall good for the money, good view from the rooftop, but just know that it's not exactly a touristic area

Conveniently located from the main rail station, this was a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well appointed and the breakfast was excellent. A big thankyou to all the staff we met.

Humans is not perfect & I made a mistake on non-refundable booking date ,& asking for some negotiations but hotel is inflexible and rejected all requests even a simple one like take away breakfast because I cannot stay 10-11th Nov 2035 which already paid for but requested to have a simple packed breakfast to go . Overall still a clean hotel room a comfortable bed , awesome breakfast. Perfect location, downstair u can queue for the famous sfogliatella riccia or frolla ,€2 each . Take Q no.& go pay

The hotel is very conveniently located near the station and walkable to most locations we visited in the old town and by the port. It was also well staffed and welcoming. Tge reception area has a good stock of drinks and snacks with a comfortable lobby area or we enjoyed stunning views from the roof terrace. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable with everything you could need for your stay. We had a family room so were able to all stay in one room.
Very happy with our stay as a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Very modern, but small rooms. Great A/C and wifi. Excellent breakfast. No elevator or lounge. Very near train. Many street people but safe.

There's no elevator. But it's close to the train station and the service is good.

We wanted to leave a review on our stay at Hotel Bella Napoli. This review will be posted to Trip Advisor. We wasn’t sure what to expect on our stay in Naples, first time here and wasn’t too sure when we arrived but have to give a 5 star review for both Roberta and the hotel staff. Firstly a warm welcome, the moment we arrived was like being welcomed by family. There’s no lift but in actual fact that was good because of all the great food we ate during our stay. The room was extremely clean, we loved all the extras we didn’t expect and the slippers were a beautiful touch. The bathroom was meticulously clean and plenty of toilet roll. Fresh towels and plenty of them per person. The extremely large smart tv with access to Netflix, prime and Disney+ made for a comfortable evening after a long day sight seeing, spacious fridge and plenty of sockets available for all our electronics. The whole look of the room was beautiful and again so clean. Loved the extra touches to the bed, very comfortable and again very clean. What the hotel doesn’t mention is how much is available for breakfast, so much food on offer and the scrambled eggs especially were so fluffy, the staff so helpful and friendly. It would have been helpful to know that we could have booked all the trips we wanted through the hotel but now we know, we won’t hesitate to ask Roberta in the future, she is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would we stay again, absolutely, excellent value for money, superb service and a genuinely safe and friendly environment for everyone! Well done Roberta on making our stay a fantastic memory we can’t wait to share when we get home! ♥️
