hotel with its own concept - each room can be dedicated to a famous traveler and designed in their style, for example a Stendhal room or an Oscar Wilde room. We stayed in the Oscar Wilde room; the hotel itself offered to upgrade us to it and first showed us all the available rooms. Communication with the administrator was via WhatsApp, and any questions were resolved very quickly (for example, what time we would come for breakfast or where to leave the keys upon departure).

The location is simply wonderful: the area is very pleasant to stay in, and the sea is right across the street from the hotel.

I really liked the approach, and if I am in Naples again, I will be happy to stay here again.

Friendly welcome, breakfast is served in the cafe on the ground floor. Well appointed room and good location 10 minutes walk from station.

I recently stayed at this property with my son for three nights during a short trip to Naples. We chose it for its quiet, safe location, while still being within easy walking distance of the main city, marina, and port area (including the cruise terminals). The accommodation was clean, spacious, and decorated in a stylish, minimalist way. The landlord was in the café downstairs when we arrived late on our first night. He kindly showed us around, explained how to access the studio flat, and offered some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We also paid the tourist tax, which came to €30 for three nights. Accommodation The studio was clean and tidy upon arrival and was serviced daily with fresh towels and made beds. Unfortunately, the safe was unavailable as the previous guest had taken the key. The air-conditioning in both rooms worked very well, and the main bedroom featured a large window overlooking the street, complete with shutters, insect mesh, and double glazing. The kitchen area included a small table, limited cutlery, a gas hob, and a fridge. The only downside was that, at night, we occasionally heard some noise from the guests in the room above. Both my son and I also found the beds a bit hard compared to what we’re used to at home. Breakfast Some of the previous reviews were slightly misleading about breakfast — it’s not a full hotel-style buffet, either in range or portion size. Breakfast is served in the café below the apartment, with three set options: Italian: Coffee or hot drink and a pastry. Continental: Coffee or hot drink, a small jar of yoghurt (Egg cup size) with cereal sprinkled on top, plus crisp-bread and Nutella. International: A cooked breakfast with a fried egg, bacon, and crisp-bread. Fresh orange juice was available with all options. We supplemented breakfast with a few items from the nearby supermarket and greengrocers, which were conveniently close. Overall We had a wonderful three-day trip, managing to visit Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, and explore the city. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly — clean, comfortable, and well located for a short stay in Naples.

Last week a group of 8 of my family members spent a week in Naples in this amazing B&B, that I cannot recommend enough.

The hospitality was superb, every need and every question we had received the best response we could wish for.

The rooms are super nice, nicely designed and equipped, and were cleaned every day.

The location is very convenient, right by the sea, with easy access to tram and buses that takes you quickly to wherever you need in Naples.

If you ever visit Naples, this is the place to stay.

We had such a wonderful and homely experience during our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the genuine kindness and care of the owners. The hosts made us feel so comfortable, almost like we were visiting friends rather than staying at a guest place. Everything was well prepared, which made our stay nice and to relaxing. We are so grateful for how warmly they treated us. We would gladly come back and get the room with the balcony again. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxed, reasonably priced, and welcoming stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely bed and breakfast by the sea in Naples. The hotel is connected to a charming little brunch café next door, which added to the warm, local atmosphere.

The check-in process was smooth and convenient — the staff kindly allowed us to check in early and also provided a place to store our luggage before the room was ready. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was well arranged from the beginning.

The room itself was clean, well-designed, and just the right size for our family of four. It had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful layout and functionality.

Breakfast in the morning was delicious — fresh and nicely presented, a great start to the day.

We strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. A comfortable, well-managed stay just steps away from the beach!

The hotel is a 25-minute metro ride from the central station and two minutes from the sea.
The breakfast was very poor, but the room was clean and the Wi-Fi worked well.

The room smelled really bad, was smoky, and wasn't very clean. The location was great. Breakfast on the first day was just a croissant and coffee. The second day was scrambled eggs and toast. In short, it's better to have breakfast elsewhere.
