We were looking for a place close to the ferries for one night. I normally would not stay in a 3 star place in europe. A 3 star would be a 2 star in the US. However, the reviews were good and it looked clean. The room was just like the images on-line. It was clean and felt safe. Our host was amazing. Very flexible and helped us get to him. I would recommend adding what the exterior looked like. See photo. We were a bit confused on what door to enter and know we were in the right spot. But we made it with some extra coaching from our host. Thank you for your hospitality!

Terrible. I had problems with my flight, and they wouldn't let me cancel or change the date. Not recommended. I called several times, and they were reluctant to help, as they'd lose the money. They caused me a loss; I paid without being able to use the room on another date.

What a great option for a short stay in Naples. Clean and fresh and small balcony. Right across from the port of you are planning on trips to Capri and Amalfi. Great check in with Antonio who made it easy and all virtual. We had dinner around the corner at La Lazzara… perfect Naples pizza and nice breakfast spots out front.

Very friendly staff and good location. Paper thin walls that make you hear everything in both the rooms next to you and at reception. I could hear people cough or turn on their water in the bathroom - so you can imagine not the best sleep with people at night and early morning doing this. They do have beds and a toilet - so if you are okay with noise then this place is fine.

Very good service by the receptionist. Too bad about arrival, there was no explaination about the location you have to go up an elevator about 6 floors and pay 5 cent for it. Too the outside and i side almost impossible to find, gladly a man helped us out that the hotel was on the 6th floor. Parking is the worst here, dont think about luggage drop-off... no place to park or leave the vehicle for a couple seconds or mind risking a fine of about 200 euro. On the good side the receptionist is willing to go out her way to help out wherever you can even call her for anything and the rooms were decent to good.

Great location, wonderful hosts.
Bed was the most comforatble we had slept in for the week we traveled Italy. The memory foam pillow was too. Nothing luxurious, but the room was spotless, breakfast was served on our balcony and the hosts were gracious. Right near public transportation including the ferry. If you're not looking for luxury, would highly recommend.

I liked this hotel a lot. Although it's in a building and difficult to find but once you are inside it's very well maintained. The family running the hotel is very supportive, kind, polite and helpful. They take good care of you. The rooms are very well maintained. All in all a very comfortable stay.
