Great clean hotel with an amazing view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the city center was another great bonus.

All I can say is that it was a perfect evening, night, and awakening. The dinner was fantastic, not only for the fish but also for the impeccable service.

This is an incomparable site. Add to that a lovely staff and free transportation. The views were stunning. This is a real treasure.

A full five-star review is a must! The hotel is located on a hilltop, but the shuttle bus is convenient and punctual. Lovely hotel and balcony (we booked a partial sea view). The most wonderful staff who really supported a gluten free diet guest. The dedicated free shuttle bus was a great addition. If you can, would highly recommend the boat excursion to Capri/grotto Verdi, arranged by the hotel. The most fantastic trip!

We loved staying Aquae Romanae. This place is but maybe a min away from the train station. The unit is perfect for two people, has its own balcony, most importantly, the AC worked and the staff was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Sorrento.

The hotel is a little bit far from the town but walkable. The room had a weird smell to it. The breakfast was good but with very little options.

It was the best accommodation ever! Sorrento was our last stop on our honeymoon, and the exterior blended perfectly with the city's atmosphere. This is one of my favorite properties in Sorrento. The location is excellent as it is a short walk into town and the staff there is amazing. I also loved the grounds behind the hotel, quiet and relaxing.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights while on a holiday, the room was superb and the location was great. Having shutters on the windows and a balcony was a nice touch. The only downside was that the buffet breakfast was a bit plain. I would happily recommend this accommodation for anyone who is coming to Sorrento.

We had a very good stay here. The hotel is well updated and had good service. There is a decent breakfast buffet in the restaurant with a great view. We didn’t get to use the rooftop pool as it was too cold when we were there but it looked very nice. Everything in Sorrento is within walking distance.

Wonderful View!! Grand Marina is an old fishing village in Sorrento. It is beautiful and also still a working port where fisherman unload at night sometimes right in front of your table. This is a hidden gem 😁 Really cosy and clean family driven hotel. Because it's right in the charming (and authentic) old part of Sorrento, you need to walk the last 100 meters from Piaza St. Antonino. So this is not a handicap friendly hotel, due to the placement, but this is the only minus. Also on a personal note (me being a "big" person, I felt accommodated with large chairs and big a shower).

Don't get me wrong, the room was great but it's not the Hilton. It also isn't the price of the Hilton. So if you need a clean room with a fair price this is a great option. The staff were all superb friendly and accommodating.

While staying there, there was a terrible ant problem. At first I noticed a bunch in the bathroom, but then I woke up to ants all over the nighttable and the extra sofa bed in our room. Our stay at the Regina Hotel in Sorrento was absolutely amazing! The room was breathtaking — we were upgraded to one with two balconies and the most incredible view of Mount Vesuvius. First room was too small, but Theresa made it right on third day. Theresa was very nice and accommodating, but the other reception girls could be a little friendlier. I was going to find another hotel, but Theresa saved the day.

The staff were very freindly and helpful. The service at breakfast was very good and the rooms were cleaned very well. The only issue we had were that the beds were not firm and we woke up every morning with back pain.

I enjoyed staying at this property even if it was a little far from the centre of Sorrento. The hotel had daily free shuttle service that made up for this. The property is well kept but would benefit from a renovation. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable always ready to help. I would definitely return.

The hotel has its own private beach, which was so convenient and relaxing. We enjoyed it every day. Be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes into town on a hill. Also budget for taxi transportation on the days you don’t want to walk back up the hill. Overall, the hotel is quite lovely and all of the food and drinks that we had were delicious. The communication with the staff was excellent.

Exemplary resort visit I thought this place was great! private beach with elevator to the bottom, food was good, service always friendly, close enough to walk into the action of downtown but far enough not to get hassled by it. Top of the hill views can't hardly be beat. Parking is somewhat limited so don't go thinking your big family reunion is all going to swing Escalades into the parking lot...

This hotel is a little gem in Sorrento. It's hidden on the side street next to the main square. The rooms are big and comfortable. We loved breakfast options. This is a great hotel with view of Sorrento. About a 10 minute walk down to town. We took taxi to get there with luggage from ferry and then taxi back to ferry day we left. They helped us arrange a vespa for 70 euro a day that we rode to the Amalfi Coast we preferred Positano and Ravello over Amalfi too crowded. Staff was wonderful and there daily breakfast was great as well!

If you want value for money with a fabulous breakfast and amazing views then this is the hotel for you. The positives far outweigh the fact that the pool is smallish and that it is a mile walk into the centre of Sorrento/the main port. We enjoyed the walk and getting away from the crowds.
