This is a hidden gem 😁 Really cosy and clean family driven hotel. Because it's right in the charming (and authentic) old part of Sorrento, you need to walk the last 100 meters from Piaza St. Antonino. So this is not a handicap friendly hotel, due to the placement, but this is the only minus. Also on a personal note (me being a "big" person, I felt accommodated with large chairs and big a shower).

Beautiful hotel in old town of sorrento. Location fantastic. Beautiful garden to sit in with a drink or breakfast or dinner. Bar service very reasonable prices. Rooms on the small size but well appointed and spotless. Breakfast a little chaotic and could be organised better for the self service flow. Bread/ roll choices could be improved for Breakfast. Don't get me wrong, the room was great but it's not the Hilton. It also isn't the price of the Hilton. So if you need a clean room with a fair price this is a great option. The staff were all superb friendly and accommodating.

Great location near the center of town and easy walking distance to the Sorrento station and ferry terminal. The room was efficient and spotless, the breakfast service was excellent and the staff were helpful and kind at all times.

First room was too small, but Theresa made it right on third day. Theresa was very nice and accommodating, but the other reception girls could be a little friendlier. I was going to find another hotel, but Theresa saved the day.

Great variety in breakfast buffet, the staff is very attentive and friendly. Teresa the manager is a wonderful host she treats all her guests with great care she makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel they are an amazing team.

Really outdated rooms and the property.

Couldn't fault the staff and service here. Lovely Setting, handy shuttle bus, Pepe's cappuccinos in the morning are the best. Huge thanks to Ernesto for organising our Amalfi and Positano trip. Also to Philippe for all the lifts and his restaurant recommendation.

The view from the balcony is outstanding. The location is good, 20-30 mins walk from the town centre but there’s a shuttle that can take you into town or back to the hotel multiple times per day. The pool is clean, cool and rarely busy. The breakfast is decent and the staff there are very friendly and attentive. Sorrento is an expensive place to stay and Johanna Park represents good value for money

This hotel is family-owned and they are so welcoming and hospitable! The view from our room, the roof, and the pool are of the sparkling Mediterranean and the coast of Italy. It is even set in the middle of lemon and olive orchards.

Lovely hotel and balcony (we booked a partial sea view). The most wonderful staff who really supported a gluten free diet guest. The dedicated free shuttle bus was a great addition. If you can, would highly recommend the boat excursion to Capri/grotto Verdi, arranged by the hotel. The most fantastic trip!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful view, comfortable bed, clean room, and great breakfast. No parking onsite, but they will valet car for you, which is nice. My only complaint is the air conditioner was turned off for the season. Room was hot at night. Good thing I travel with a mini fan for the night stand. Could not open balcony doors because of mosquitos, tried that and lost that battle...

Wonderful View!! Grand Marina is an old fishing village in Sorrento. It is beautiful and also still a working port where fisherman unload at night sometimes right in front of your table. We had a great stay at the Caruso for our Honeymoon. The location is absolutely perfect, with a view of the Marina Grande and incredibly easy access to the beach and restaurants there. We had a very good stay here. The hotel is well updated and had good service. There is a decent breakfast buffet in the restaurant with a great view. We didn’t get to use the rooftop pool as it was too cold when we were there but it looked very nice. Everything in Sorrento is within walking distance.

Overall this place was good. I would stay here again based on the location, cleanliness, and views from the room. The man at the desk in the evenings was a little rude and dismissed our concerns about the phone not working and wouldn’t check it. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony and were able to leave the windows open because the area is really quiet. Breakfast was quite nice. We walked three blocks to the train station for our side trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. (take the express train!) There are lots of dining options in the immediate area, and groceries, too. The ocean is not visible from our room, only the roof top. Exceptional breakfast with hot and cold foods, lot of pastries. The one drawback is the lack of sufficient outlet plugin. There was only one plug-in in the whole room including bathroom. Very convenient location, 10-12 minutes walk to Piazza Tasso.

Overall very good, very close to coast, station, and centre of town. Room was clean, bathroom was good, shower had great water pressure, there were lovely views from floor six roof top bar. The lack of flexibility on breakfast times was a drawback - they need to be picked in advance , and were not changeable when we asked.

Chiara was very friendly at check in and then an older gentleman at breakfast was very courteous each morning. The breakfast was great in comparison to most inclusive breakfasts. The room had an amazing view of the gulf.

While staying there, there was a terrible ant problem. At first I noticed a bunch in the bathroom, but then I woke up to ants all over the nighttable and the extra sofa bed in our room. When I reported it, they said they'd send someone up. A man came in and spray stuff all over. No one followed up to apologize... It was disappointing.

Our stay at the Regina Hotel in Sorrento was absolutely amazing! The room was breathtaking — we were upgraded to one with two balconies and the most incredible view of Mount Vesuvius. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very freindly and helpful. The service at breakfast was very good and the rooms were cleaned very well. The only issue we had were that the beds were not firm and we woke up every morning with back pain.

I enjoyed staying at this property even if it was a little far from the centre of Sorrento. The hotel had daily free shuttle service that made up for this. The property is well kept but would benefit from a renovation. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable always ready to help. I would definitely return.

Great hotel with a free shuttle into Sorrento, the only thing I would bear in mind if you can't stay out later than 11 pm or get a shuttle earlier than 8:30 am if you have any excursions and the taxi to the bottom is around €50 but a great hotel and beautiful scenery

The hotel is situated on top of a hill with very good vires of the Sorrento coast. The amenities provided very good and room was decent too. Staff was helpful. We need just cold medicines Panadol but were unavailable at the hotel. The hotel provides for shuttle bus service at specific times which is good as the place is about 25-30 mins away from the centre. We missed it by around 30-45 mins so had...

The hotel has its own private beach, which was so convenient and relaxing. We enjoyed it every day. Be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes into town on a hill. Also budget for taxi transportation on the days you don’t want to walk back up the hill. Overall, the hotel is quite lovely and all of the food and drinks that we had were delicious. The communication with the staff was excellent.

Exemplary resort visit I thought this place was great! private beach with elevator to the bottom, food was good, service always friendly, close enough to walk into the action of downtown but far enough not to get hassled by it. Top of the hill views can't hardly be beat. Parking is somewhat limited so don't go thinking your big family reunion is all going to swing Escalades into the parking lot...

Staff are extra friendly and could not do enough to help. Our chalet was excellent with a really powerful shower but best of all had a fantastic view of the sea.   Regular bus service to the town at a reasonable price I would fully recommend and hope to come back

The cabin we stayed in was very small for four people. Because the kitchen looked so disgusting, we didn't cook. Overall, the campsite seemed rather dirty and grimy. Booked excursion to Capri through the comprise and first it was postponed from 7:15 to 10:15 and we were notified after 10pm at night and then it was cancelled 5 minutes before departure! Very bad service and experience from the campsite.
